MetArt came online in 1998. It's original title was Most Erotic Teens. It featured softcore of young teens.
(So "Met" came from M for Most, e from Erotic, t from Teens.)

MetArt started off as softcore erotic photography, and has not changed drastically since its beginnings.
Currently the models are now allowed to touch themselves, to add a larger element of eroticism. But MetArt is still one of the softer softcore sites on the internet.
MetArt in recent years has added a network of other porn sites: It currently has about 15 porn sites. MetArt is the largest of the sites, in terms of content.
The basic appeal of the site is the backlog of attractive young women (mainly teens, at least when they were first photographed). The models are featured in galleries and videos. The videos are mainly boring, a waste of MetArt's time and money. But many of the photosets are outstanding. The models are not only attractive to beautiful, but they are photographed by a wide range of professional photographers. The settings are indoor, outdoor, with money spent on the photoshoots and videos.
Many of the photoshoots could be hung in an art gallery or museum.
A minor problem: The site could be too softcore for some PU members tastes. This is softcore only. No sex (except possibly two girls in a photoshoot who are touching each other, but not in a hardcore way). No man in a photoshoot with the girl, or in a video with the girl.
Another minor problem: Many of the photos in a gallery are similar to each other. I remember back in the days of Playboy and Penthouse (in the 1960s and 1970s and 1980s), when the magazines featured a model with 12 photographs or less. But the individual photos were separate from each other, often in a different location, different costume, something to differentiate each photo from the others.
The MetArt galleries show a model in one photo, she moves her arm slightly, and that's a different photo, she moves her leg slightly, and that's a different photo...so you get a gallery of 90 - 120 photos where the girl is snapped moving into different positions on a bed or room, and most of the photos are almost duplicates of each other.
If the girl has truly outstanding beauty, you can focus on the girl. Otherwise, the gallery gets boring fast.
Unless mere onscreen nudity is enough to turn you on. Which I believe most PU members have gone beyond.
One problem with MetArt is the sheer size of the backlog: You have so many beautiful models, with a large number of outstanding photosets by professional photographers, that you become bored or less appreciative of physical beauty.
If MetArt had fewer galleries, with fewer models, I believe the members would appreciate it more.
That's my take, anyway. However, the MetArt members do seem to form a fanbase, where almost every model and gallery is described as outstanding, wonderful, fantastic, amazing. Personally, I don't believe every model is fantastic. There are models that could be described as plain. Or ordinary. And there are galleries that have serious defects. Except that you will find member comments describing those galleries as outstanding or wonderful.
In conclusion: I believe MetArt is the best softcore collection of nude teen photos on the internet.

I believe the photos are screencaps made from the matching video. The software used to make the screencaps is excellent: photos are nicely centered, nicely focused, well lighted.
The scenes are basically straight hardcore sex. The scene usually starts off with the two girls kissing, possibly fondling one another. And then a guy starts kissing the two girls, and they all have sex. So there's not much of a plot or buildup to the sex.
The scenes are professional shot: good camera-work, good lighting, good sound control. The sets are simple: usually a nice, clean bedroom. Costume are minimal: either the models start off naked, or they are wearing street clothes which are soon discarded.
One problem with the site is that the sex gets repetitious. There's no plot, it's just 2 girls having sex, or 2 girls and a guy having sex. A plot or backstory would give some meaning to the sex, make it more interesting.
So even though the girls are physically attractive, and young, many of the scenes lack heat.
The main value of the site is that you gain access to the basic Porn Pros network, which has over 3,000 videos.

So a 720p video (472 MB file size) can take over 2 hours to download from Diesel.
While the same size file at MetArt or New Sensations will take a few minutes to download.
Also, to stream a movie/clip at Diesel (All Fine Girls, Wow Girls, Wow Porn) is frustrating.
The movie will stutter and stop, stutter and stop. To watch a 20 minute video would take hours.
At the same time, I can stream videos at MetArt and New Sensations with no problems.
So the problem is with the Diesel server, and not with my PC or internet service provider.

The site (and network) does not spell out clearly what the prices are for members and non-members.
So I don't know if the "regular price" for a Diamond upgrade is $19.95 or if this ia a short-term offer.

The basic site structure is plain: They have an excellent model index: Nice-sized thumbnails to picture each model, with links to her videos. But with 2,000+ models, it's a lot of work going through all the pretty girls to find what you want. You can organize the model list alphabetically. Can search by model name, most popular, most recent, etc.
-A large part of each page is filled with ads for site models. It would be better to use the space to show only what is useful to the member.

Many of the videos have a plotline or backstory.

And many of the plots are interesting.

Giving the site a score of 83. That's very subjective. How much you will enjoy the site depends on your personal preferences. There is a huge amount of content. Professionally shot. With a storyline that is more interesting than the visual scene itself. If they could combine the storylines with a glamcore approach, New Sensations could be an outstanding network. However, that would be very expensive, with money spent on more expensive sets, better costumes, more professional camera-work, etc.
And the storylines would have to agree with each other. Which would be a major problem.
For example, a girl is a lesbian: she loves another girl, who moves away.
Then the girl has a gang-bang with 5 men.
Does that make sense?
(I think I may have overdosed on Porn, because I'm asking for Porn scenes to make sense.)
Based on the amount of content, which is professionally shot, and the level of attraciveness of the models, the network gives you good value for your money. But I personally prefer more glamcore sites, like Blacked, Tushy, or X-Art, where you get less content, but higher quality visuals and models who are made to appear stunning.
I don't have VR equipment.
So I can watch VR videos without the equipment, for what that's worth.
I think that Teen Mega World has enough other content that it's worth a join.
How often you return to the site depends on your personal preferences and enjoyment of the site.
No site is perfect. There will always be quibbles or major problems to decrease your enjoyment.

The tags are basically helpful, except sometimes they aren't. For example, some tags state "Nude, breasts", but the clip just shows a breast that is covered by a bra. I don't consider that nude. Just like I don't consider a woman wearing a bikini or underwear as nude, which is what some "nude" tagged clips are.

Actress name. title. keyword(age, nationality, hair color, etc.)

I don't know why more people haven't complained about the site structure, which was designed by an idiot.

-There is a learning curve to using this site. I am getting old. So it's irritating if the site navigation is not simple and easy to use. And this site was created by someone who knew the foibles of the site structure, and figured the members would figure out the foibles by themselves.
