I think the problem might be that Diesel might not be clear about what videos belong to what sites.

Not all the material at TMW is exclusive. Many of the videos at Tricky Masseur (part of TMW) appear at Rub A Teen (part of the Team Skeet network).

When you use the "HD streaming" hot link to download the movie, you get an MP4 file that is HD 1080p.
When you use the "HD MP4 1080p" hot link to download the movie, you get an identical MP4 file that is HD 1080 p, with the same file name, same file size, same everything.
So why have two hot links that download the same, identical file?
If this was a stand-alone site, because of the small amount of contents (15 videos), and because the site is not updating, I would give a score in the 60s. However, you do get access to the Porn Mastermind network, which has has some nice sites, with very good, professional videos of hot teen models that range from attractive to extremely attractive, with a lot of good sex.

TBP (The Best Porn) review of Lust HD states:

This is not correct. Many of the videos at Rub A Teen (part of the Team Skeet network) were previously posted at the Teen Mega World site Tricky Masseur.
And many of the Rub A Teen videos were previously posted at 18 Only Girls (part of the Diesel network), which is now called All Fine Girls.
Also, at the Lust HD site, the video titled "Euro Teen Threesome", with a current posting date of 2016-01-11, featuring Caroline and Chloe, was first posted to FirstBGG (part of the Teen Mega World network) on 2015-10-03. At the FirstBGG site, Chloe is named Angel. But Caroline keeps the same name.

Membership in each "Unlock" site only grants access to that particular "Unlock site". And not to the general Team Skeet network sites, or to the other "Unlock" sites.
Since the "Unlock" sites are basically small sites, I believe it's an expensive way to add to your porn collection. You are much better off paying for a mega-site or large porn site with an extensive collection for the same amount of money.
Lust HD is a good site. For $17.87, you gain access to 85 scenes of young teens that puts some eroticism into the sex. You also gain access to most of the rest of the Team Skeet network, which provides over 20 niche teen sites, with over 2,300 scenes. So you are getting your money's worth, especially if you can find the scenes that appeal to your personal tastes.
Giving the site a score of 85. Personally, if you find the videos that appeal to you easily, you might give it a higher score. Or if you have to wade through a bunch of videos that are a waste of time, you might give it a lower score. But overall, the site is easy to use, and has a lot of useful features: like the ability to both stream and download the videos in multiple definitions, to select the parts of a video that you want to stream or download, good download speeds, no DRM, no download limits, etc.
My guess is they are trying to emphasize they are a "modern", forward-thinking porn site. Moving into today's trends, with videos and photosets that cater to today's edgier audience (more explicit sex).
