What are the changes to this site since then?
There are 3 major changes that I can see right away:
1. The site has a new software program that allows you to view the images of each gallery more easily. This is a major improvement over the old system.
2. The quality of the galleries has improved massively. The older galleries were poor screencaps of each video. I'm guessing that there is some software program that is being used to create the galleries from the video shoot. The quality of each photo is good to excellent. The quality is not Met-Art or MPL Studios level, but it's surprisingly close. The photos are centered, and clear and crisp, and showcase the model. And since the models are so attractive, it's worth
collecting these galleries.
3. Over the years, the owners have put a lot of effort into making the site (and network) user friendly.
It's easy to switch between sites in the network. You don't have to re-enter your username and password.
The model listing is complete: with a nice-sized thumbnail of each model, with links to her videos (and photosets).
Years ago, when you joined any one of the sites in the network, you did not know beforehand which network sites you would have access to. Now when you join any site in the network, you have access to all the sites in the network. Which makes it
less frustrating. Before, if you had favorite sites in the network, you might or might not have access to them.
This site (and network) gives outstanding value for your porn dollars based on the following criteria:

-Even though this is not a softcore site, it's like a soft glamcore site. I assume the target audience is couples, who want to view erotic photos and videos. The site is glamcore/heartcore, and very different from gonzo sex. The sex might be too soft for those who want hardcore sex. If you compare SexArt to X-Art (a high quality glamcore site with attractive models), X-Art is far more hardcore: X-Art features solo masturbation, girl-girl sex, girl-boy sex, multiple partner sex, anal sex. The update rate for the site has been spotty for years.
Skokov (different sites spell the name differently) used to contribute to MetArt, but it's been years since MetArt posted any new material from him.
Trying to keep a single-photographer website going is difficult. Especially since the financial melt-down that happened in 2008.
Skokov site has a lot of attractive models, but the best bet for the site would be to be acquired by the MetArt network.

I don't know what specific credit card companies you have dealt with.
I've dealt with Discover, Mastercard, Visa.
In the past, I've had fraudulent charges to my Discover and Mastercard accounts.
All it took was a telephone call to the card company stating that the charges were fraudulent, and the credit company dis-allowed those charges. I didn't even have to send any signed letters or forms to verify that the charges were fraudulent.
Sometimes the credit card company would issue me a new account number, with a new card. But there was never any charge for this. (For fraudulent charges to my account.)
A few times I called my credit card company (Discover, or Mastercard), disputing a charge. Not exactly fraud, but stating I didn't order the service, or for some other reason I didn't want to pay the charge.
In those cases, the credit card company dis-allowed the charge. Without any argument. Without asking for any letters or paperwork from me.
