Thank you for your in-depth review, Skippy.
We appreciate the kind words and respect that not all our content suits you, but there are a few points we would like to clarify for other PU readers:
ALSScan updates daily, alternating new photosets and videos.
Only 1 out of 14 daily updates is a "re-post" of older material, and clearly marked "Remastered".
"Remastered" photosets include all new, never-before-released pictures (usually 100+ per set) at higher quality.
We typically release a behind-the-scenes / photoshoot video once a week, so the action videos outweigh BTS videos by about 7 to 1 in a normal month.
We also occasionally release "bonus" BTS and interview videos, in addition to that day's regular new release.
We never re-post videos in lieu of a new update. Only videos that were lost or need upgraded encodes get re-posted, generally at a member's request, and backdated, so they would not appear as new updates.
Our content goes back to 1996, although yes pre-2004 is not as well organized and some of our models from the pre-digital era are currently unavailable unless you contact the MetArt Network support team for special assistance finding a particular model's content.
Our last trip to the Caribbean was 2011, and when we post an update from these trips, or any model shot in years past, it is still New content that has never been released, not a "re-post". Sometimes a new scene was shot years prior, but never released until we got requests from members asking for more from their favorite model or shoot. Perhaps this has been mistaken for "re-posting".
We started shooting boy-girl in 2012, and do release it sparingly. Most members seem to prefer we update boy-girl content no more than once a month or so.
The Director's Blog does discuss both ALSScan.com and ALSAngels.com news, but which site a model appears on is determined by their body-type and how mature they look.

I was one of the PU members who scored ALS much higher, but I did that in 2012 and in 2012 I thought it deserved the 97 I gave it. I was most recently a member there in 2015 and while I will certainly join again I think I'd probably score it closer to where you did.
I like their playful nature but I'm not a big fan of the near-gynecological obsession with insertions. They certainly continue to hire models with the look and body-type that I prefer.
What I miss most about the first couple of times that I joined was that they stopped doing their annual Caribbean trip (likely too costly) and stopped with their European public nudity (maybe too risky?).
Thanks for posting your balanced review. I'm sure many readers will find it helpful.

Excellent review. Thanks for adding it. I agree with much of what you wrote, but subjectively this is still one of my favourite sites on the 'net. I definitely agree that the Carribean scenes are the best they have. They used to do some European public nudity shoots/videos too but I haven't seen any of those in a while. I wish they'd do more of those.

Yeah I really liked your honesty too here, this site has often been around my oh must go and see whats been happening on alsscan of late but I often feel it lacks something for me, I can live without hardcore but its simply too many photoshoots in videos for me, I'm a video guy and not into photos anymore so sadly Alsscan has some beautiful girls and I'd love some of the videos probably that are not photoshoot videos but there really wouldn't be too many of them to justify me joining, I guess the site though has its fans of those type of movies.
I do also feel the site could do with a makeover, looks quite dated.

Hi Skippy, I wasn't sure if you were reviewing ATK sites generally in this review, or specifically ATK Premium.
The thing I've found with the secondary ATK sites (Premium, Exotics, Aunt Judy's) is that most of their good content is just a duplication from the primary sites (Galleria and Hairy). The primary sites also post MUCH more content each day than Premium, Exotics and Aunt Judy's. So there's little reason to sign up for the secondary ATK sites, except for a small amount of niche content which isn't very good.
On the performance side, I agree. Even when they're up and running, the response time is often slow. All the ATK sites are offline as I write this message, since they presumably all share the same server. I think there's been a number of DDoS attacks recently.

Thanks for a great review. The Babes site was one of the very first sites I joined and it was good (not great) at the time.
Your comparison, for example, to Met Art is perfect as a reason why Babes goes off my short term join list. I like the technical excellence of Met Art but I literally fell asleep watching one of their videos last year when I was still a member (boring video, but a sip of Glenlivit scotch contributed to my drowsiness. I don't think I've ever dozed off watching a porn video.
I've evaluated the "lifetime" deal and did the match as you did. Unless you stay a member of a site for an extended period it's not a deal by any stretch of the imagination.

I NORMALLY WRITE MY REVIEWS IN A NOTEPAD OR WORDPAD FILE, AND PASTE THEM INTO THE PU FORM.
THAT SAVES ME FROM RE-WRITING MY REVIEWS, IF THE PU LINK TIMES OUT.
OF COURSE, THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THAT METHOD.
YOU CAN GO OVER THE LIMIT FOR NUMBER OF CHARACTERS OR LINES ALLOWED, AND THEN HAVE TO EDIT YOUR REVIEW.
BUT IT'S FAR BETTER TO WRITE THE REVIEW ON A TEXT DOCUMENT, THAN HAVING TO RE-WRITE IT BECAUSE THE REVIEW GETS LOST IN COMPUTER NETHERWORLD.

Yes I have - despite the content looking very promising, don't join the site until they fix their support email issues. Here's my full experience:
I joined baebz.com on March 5 on a 1 day trial membership and after deciding to cancel as there wasn't enough content for me at this time, I was offered a discounted rate of $14.95 for the rest of the month. I approved this discounted rate and saw the charge on my account but at this time, I still do not have full membership access.
I've exchanged emails FIVE TIMES with both Epoch ((payment processor) and cvv@cvvhelp.net (the supposed support email). While Epoch has been very responsive, cvv@cvvhelp.net has emailed me stating they DO NOT offer any support service to Baeb... this is DESPITE the fact that cvv@cvvhelp.net is listed as their support email AND in their Terms of Use section. Either its a cvv@cvvhelp.net being completely ignorant of their support duties or Baeb has the wrong support email - both are inexcusable, imo.
I'm waiting to hear back from Epoch to see if they can resolve it in the next day - otherwise, I'll be contacting my payment account to get a full refund. $14.95 isn't that huge of a deal anymore - it's this whole process.
Anyway, anything more than $14.95 aint' worth joining as they don't have enough content just yet - and until they fix their support issues, I absolutely don't recommend joining.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm honestly suprised they are still around with all the iterations theyv'e gone through. I was mildly interested a few years back until I saw how few sites were updating for the price (and a small catalog to begin with).
It seems they discard customers like they discard sites.

It is wise to avoid any trial sub IMO & just take a one month option, if you want to give it a go.
At least with that you will have plenty of opportunity to cancel prior to a renewal charge.

It's been a long time since I've signed up for a trial membership, and this reminds me of why. I've been through the same thing. The trial (the bait) costs a buck, but the membership would pay for a family breakfast at Denny's.
It never gives me a positive impression when I see a site setting up such an arrangement. It makes me wonder about the rest of the site experience, 'cause it almost shouts, "We just want to make money. Thank you for having a libido with a credit card sticking out of it."
Thanks for the post, skippy. It would be best to discourage such practices altogether.

I have seen many SexBabes trailers and I agree, they look excellent. It's definitely on my list.

Though I don't recommend their app or buying from them.
Does the moving cam bother me? Occasionally slightly, but generally no. I watched a new video from them on Monday and I didn't even notice the camera had moved until much later when it dawned on me that the position had totally changed and it must have moved :)

Although sometimes upping the gamma slightly will make the skin look much more natural and not so washed out.
I just find the video quality of Wankz to be terrible compared to CzechVR I'd put a scene from them https://www.czechvr.com/detail-1152-party-girl against anything Wankz has ever put out. ANd it is a shame because everything else about Wankz is very good. They cast well, have very interesting and diverse scenes, they just need to sort out the technical stuff.

Interesting you dislike the kissing. People keep asking for more of it on reddit from the studios as intimacy is something VR does well.
I don't have access to SexBabesVR yet. Will check it out at some point.
BaDoink's "Patio Pussy Pounding" stars Susy Gala and is an old (for VR) 13 minute video from 2015. I think the girl is pretty enough, but the video is what I'd consider really poor. Video quality is just bad and the scale is way off. Everything is way too big.
WankzVR's - Casting Couch with Leah Gotti - I agree she looked great and this was a good video from them. But I wouldn't have picked it as one of their standouts.
So yeah, we seem to have fairly different preferences.
From what I've seen so far I'd say CzechVR, Naughty America, Wankz, and Badoink makeup the "core 4" VR sites right now.
CzechVR - A+ level video quality, biggest library, & most updates. Good if you are OK w/ all European models and like some fetish stuff like face sitting and pussy gaping.
Naughty America - Good if you want US Pornstars. B- video quality, very consistent product, performers who know what they are doing (important in VR).
Wankz - C+ video quality. Good if you want an American teen site with young, natural, often unknown models. Very creative scene setups.
BaDoink - B+ video quality. Casting finds a middle ground somewhere in-between NA and Wankz. Nothing especially stands out to me about their videos though.

Hmm, I don't recall the makeup standing out to me one way or another. If you have time, give me an example of a video that had makeup that bothered you. I'd be curious to see it. Quickly glancing at the recent videos I wouldn't personally say any look unusual makeup wise to me, but your opinion is certainly as valid as mine is.
