Don't get me wrong Marcus, I certainly don't doubt the problems you had last time and it seems the webmaster was very quick to dismiss them at that time and accuse you of wrong doing even by his own admission now it seems. I really hope you have a better experience this time around. Personally I think all the models in this network look great and I love solo model sites and I'm only sorry that I can't support them with my hard earned money due to the fact I don't have time to sit in front of my computer saving photos one at a time.

No problem Marcus. I've been to quite a few sites over the years that had problems similar to the ones you were having. It's at least good that you were willing to give it another try. Seems like a lot of porn users these days have a bad experience and blacklist the site for good.

If the size wasn't over 9 gigs, then there was another issue at hand. It's not just a DL limit that can suspend a user. Before you say, no there wasn't another issue.. there clearly was or it wouldn't have removed it.
Getting to the bottom of what the issue was on the other hand should have been handled quickly and efficiently by Steve and I'm sorry that didn't take place.
If you still have your username from Bella - drop me an email with it please so I can look into this. I am not sure how far I can go back but perhaps I can shed light. Email me at james at bellanetwork dot com. Thanks Marcus.

I'm sorry you were so frustrated Marcus. If I replied asking you why you're emailing me because I am not tech support - I'm sorry for that blunt email. Must have caught me at an add moment of having too much on my plate but you deserved better service. I am sorry for that. I did have staff that were being paid to fix issues, but as I said, after going through things closer I can see areas they were failing repeatedly and that is unacceptable so they're no longer employed by Bella Network. I'm going to now reply to your other response.

You just admitted I did not call you a liar, and as I said, I didn't.
10 or so videos does not get you banned as I said, UNLESS the size of those videos pass 9 gig in a 24 hour period. I've already said this though.
Please do not assume things I say were directed towards you. If I have something to say to you, I will say it to you directly. That is how things get solved. :)
"Why is it when someone breaks the terms of service and the server removes them for abuse, they can never man up and admit they were in the wrong?"
I said this because it is TRUE. It is *incredibly* rare that anyone admits wrongdoing, but the server has data and shows what happened. It's math, it's not a personal vendetta to get Marcus or anyone else.
As I said, I had someone working for me, three someones to be specific but one in particular was heading my security dept as I am very busy shooting, creating, running things. It become clear to me from a few emails directed to me at james at bellanetwork dot com that this person (Steve) was not doing his job properly. I looked into things personally and fix a few issues. I spoke with him about things and I believed things were taken care of at the time.
Upon later review, it became clear that we weren't cut out to work together, so I let him go and I am personally overseeing all issues now. That does not in any way though mean every person that emails me gets back in the site.
I appreciate nobody likes to get locked out of a site and yes, mistakes can happen. Perhaps the ISP changes ips radically or the customer gets caught in an ip block that had nothing to do with them. Mistakes do happen, yes. Just as mistakes happen though, there are also some people that sign up with malicious intent. They plan on site ripping and posting our content etc. So when they get caught and they don't get a refund, they get angry. they post shitty messages. It happens. I've been in this game for 15 years, I have seen it with several networks including my own.
Now, this all said, I changed something in our security this morning after reading the responses here. First, I'd have responded earlier but again, i am busy and I didn't know this was being said or I'd have responded immediately as is what I strive for. Anyone that knows me will tell you I work a great deal for our members so they're happy.
I raised the DL limit to 12 gig per 24 hour period. If someone is suspended, they are locked out for 24 hours. This limit is higher than a lot of well known sites out there but I am hoping it shows that yes, I am listening and trying to make people happy.

Read the thread Marcus, I am not saying that at all.
If your ip changes, that happens and is not a big issue. Most systems don't lock out people on ip related issues until they reach 5 different ip addresses. Even then, upon logging in we can see if it's all you or someone else etc.
It is is easily unlocked and fixed, time added if warranted etc.
You NEVER EMAILED ME so saying I ignored your emails is false. CCbill emails if a customer contacts them, and just as when a customer emails us, we answer the email. If a customer was locked out for breaking a ToS, how is that our fault again?
Why do you keep saying our system is infallible? I never said this. Frankly your tone is one of assumption. Read the thread, many replying in this thread didn't even have a membership, they are merely replying to others.
Our system is automated for the most part security wise. If someone breaks rules, they get suspended. Last time I checked, very few people write in and say hey - I broke this rule, I'm sorry. Most claim they are innocent and when we reply with screen grabs and proof, odd ting happens - they disappear. They don't refute the data, they simply stop replying. Strange, I know.
Our system isn't perfect by any means - but it does work. I can promise you if you go to some of the largest sites out there and mass download, you'll reach a point they lock you out. This protects their server. Now should I write them and claim I downloaded nothing and I'm innocent? What do you think their response would be?
If I post that I didn't download anything in PU, does this make it true all of a sudden? -- pointing out that just because someone claims one thing, this does not make it the truth.
Mistake happen, yes. Data is kind of hard to fake though. Hard proof is exactly that, hard proof.
Those that write in and admit wrong doing, we assume it was a simple error and we reconnect them. We're not mighty rulers, lol, this is the internet. We get that people get excited and pass limits, it happens, we all move past it. It's the people that claim they're innocent and they didn't download a gig when the data shows them grabbing 23 gigs over 4 different addresses etc that we shake our heads at.
In the end Marcus, I am sorry you had issues with our site. If you and I had spoken, I suspect we'd know what happened immediately. The person I had working for me in the cs dept I have come to find was not very good at handling things, as such he has been removed.

I should check this thread more often, I'd have replied sooner.
Putting words in someone's mouth is never a good thing. I did not call you a liar. If you downloaded ten videos, that doesn't get your account suspended, unless the total size of those videos passes 9 gig in a 24 hour window. This is written in the terms of service before you sign up for the site, they are listed.
As for your comment that I wouldn't entertain a notion etc.
That is false. I can see your account immediately upon researching it and yes, your ips are listed. If you have multiple ip addresses from different locations, the system can at times flag your account for follow up so we can see what's up. Most people with dsl have ip accounts that change, they don't get suspended.
When someone has a connection issue, we look at their ips first. Then we check if they are actually suspended or if someone else was suspended near them and it grabbed them too (like the twisty's issue mentioned on this page, that happens as well). Then we look at their page loads versus hit count to see if the software that stops people for site ripping suspended them. In short, we look at all factors.
It is never about what the customer says happened, it is about what the data tells us happened. I hate to say it but some people don't always tell the truth. They do something bad, then claim innocence. I am not saying you did this, or others in this thread did this. Problem is, all you're seeing here are the people with issues. You're not seeing the 99% that have no issues. They're not posting because they don't have issues. Six testimonials here.
As for customer service stand point, all I can do there is apologize. We did have some staff working with us that has since been let go. In late December I removed Steve, the person that was handling the security side. It is 100% just me doing things. As such, I go through every single user's site issues and solve them as they come up. In the instances where someone has been suspended when they shouldn't have been, time is added to their memberships. I am sorry you felt you were treated poorly, I appreciate that you signed up and I am sorry you had issues with the service.

Yeah, it's a big problem when a webmaster calls customers liars instead of investigating the situation. I had a situation with Twisty's one time where I was locked out for a protracted period of time - various staff came up with various explanations of what I was doing wrong. Shap himself - still the owner at the time - had to step in after I posted here about the problem. He did a VERY thorough investigation and it turned out that my IP was blocked because another Comcast customer with an IP # very close to mine was trying to hack their site and their security bot defended them in an overly broad way.
So this kind of stuff can take some investigation to get to the root of the matter and - as in my situation with Twisty's - the actual situation can be unique. But if the webmaster isn't going to investigate beyond declaring that nobody else is having a problem, that's not remotely helpful or fair to the consumer that gave the site money to join in the first place.

It's quite amazing that a paying customer should be called a thief, I would suggest it's the website who are thieves if they took your 28 bucks then booted you off the site. The terms of service seem a bit ambiguous to me especially the section under "downloading" where they talk about average daily quotos across the membership database. How the hell is anyone supposed to know what other members are downloading and what an average daily quota is. Also the daily download lmit does not make it clear if its per site or for the network. It does look like a nice network of sites that might interest me but being a photo freak myself the lack of zip files means i'm unlikely to ever join.

10 or so videos does not get you banned Marcus. Why is it when someone breaks the terms of service and the server removes them for abuse, they can never man up and admit they were in the wrong? Before you join the terms of service are listed. You agree to these *before you join*. It clearly lists the limits (10gig per day) and if you perform or attempt a site rip, the server removes you. Of course you say otherwise, granted, but if you were a good member, you'd be on the inside still wouldn't you be? The server took action against you, sorry it felt it needed to.
My advice to you is to read terms of service before joining a site and do your best to follow those terms. We have many members that have been with us for three years straight now without issue. They don't try and download the site in one afternoon. :)

Great review!
The claims about updating every week with HD videos lured me in as well a while ago.
Forgot to write a review back then.
However, the model was/is very appealing to me. So it wasn't a complete waste.

I loved my free cams for several years, but am now tied to chaturbate. The prices are good (1000 tokens about $80 compared to 900 for $75 on mfc) and they are much broader in appeal including men, women, couples, & transexuals. MFC is much much better technically including archives and lots of great extras as well as usually over 1000 rooms, but MFC's strict policy against male & transexual cammers & couples diminishes it for me. I kind of like seeing a friendly cam guy getting his cock sucked by his pretty girlfriend. Just saying.....

A great review with one omission: Creampie fans should also check this site out.
And, since it's a current topic on the forum, I have to say that I much preferred her before the implants. Not sure if anyone who's signed up there actually noticed, but they have a few pre-surgery episodes (maybe two?) online. Don't know if the scars have healed enough by now that she can finally take the top all the way off, but when I was at the site over a year ago, she was obviously hiding the scars.

Thanks Marcus (and for answering so quickly!)
I figured it wouldn't be included, since they weren't saying it explicitly.
I guess $19 isn't bad as a cross sell, sure would have been nice to have the 2 for 1.
Thanks for pointing out Chica is at the GH. It's not a deal breaker for me, but definitely something I wanna see :)
Thanks again!

I've got a couple of other sites that just got pushed up on my todo list but she is definitely in my rotation. I think I once saw her in a content swap as wonder woman that was hot (reminded me of Comic-Con and AVN all rolled into one)

A quick count of Marco Banderas (American actor fucking American Hispanics) reveals that he is in about 50 videos and there are only about 120 videos in total. So you quickly get an idea that this site is losing its uniqueness. (And not that I have anything against Marco.)

It's true that the vast majority of trials are pitiful at best and that's why I love TBP because they are upfront about what the trial offers. I don't know if you have ever tried TBP's advanced search option but it's possible to see all the sites that offer full trials.
I don't know how many of them are in the 2$ range but there are plenty of them in the 10$ or less. The only important thing in those cases is the number of days you get. I'm pretty picky about my porn so I can often download most of what I want from a site in less than 3 days so some trials are great but unless the join price is very high then I may still get the monthly membership in support of the site.

You could be right because the post is a little unclear. Mine was mostly as a warning to others anyway since it was already too late for omberman to do anything about it. What I said still makes sense in that regard because the best you can hope for is to stream three videos and look at 3 photosets. The site doesn't have a great preview section but then again the trailer pretty much tells you what you'll get since the content doesn't vary from video to video.

Hello Marcus,
Just a quick reply to your comment. The 2Day Trial information on the previous email is incorrect. It's a 2 Day Trial and a customer has 48Hours to cancel it. It's exactly that, a 2 Day Trial. I will be communicating with Support today to make sure that is very clear. I'm not sure where that information as retrieved, but it is not written anywhere on our sites that someone must cancel the 2 Day-Trial, 2 days before it ends. That would make no sense at all.
Though I cant speak for the thousands or millions of Small sites out there who may or may not be into trickery, I guarantee you that it is not our method of workmanship here. Our communication is always open. Cheers.
