I can confirm the site is still active. Our last update was in December with more planned in the future.

thanks so much for your very detailed emails earlier this week.
To everyone:
It's very difficult for us to diagnose speed issues with users. Typically someone will login to pornusers and complain about speed, or email me and then never reply again. This doesn't help us figure out what the problem might be, or if there really is a problem. Usually (don't hit me) it's an ISP or routing issue. We try and get in contact with everyone who posts issues and resolve them - we're in the business of happy!
This week Messmer took some time out and tested download speeds for us and provided valuable and specific feedback. You should know he also refused gratuities from me as well so that he can remain objective. You guys are lucky to have him looking out for you.
The result of the testing has been a small network tweak and a big change in download speeds that everyone will benefit from. I invite you to try it out. We're also in the process of a larger upgrade that we hope will boost speeds even further for downloads and streaming.

We're sorry that you had issues with your download speeds at Downloadpass.com but I can assure you that none of our sites restrict user download speeds in any way.
Did you contact customer support? If you're still a member please let me know your login ID, you can email me through my profile here.
As messmer said, most members can download well over 1mb/s from our sites. Fast download speeds are the norm. Porn users demand fast downloads and our guys work hard to ensure you guys get it. You are free to download Downloadpass.com's videos (as a member) as fast as your connection allows.
I have asked our tech guys to tell me what our url timeout is so I can answer properly to that. I'll get back to you all as soon as they reply.

We're sorry that you were not happy with the access you received. I have looked through the ads on tbp, pornusers, or downloadpass but could not find a reference to an "all access trial".
We are definitely not attempting to trick our users. Porn users are a smart bunch! The trials are designed as "trials" only so you can test out the site. Full-access is granted to full subscribers to the site. When your 3day trial is over you receive full-access as your membership becomes a full subscription. The trial is a slice of the pizza, not the pizza :-)
The monthly subscription price we offer through tbp and pu is an excellent value! Take advantage!
We can all agree that streaming is a highly individual experience. Unfortunately you may have experienced issues with your isp, connection or software. If anyone has issues with streaming on our sites we encourage you to contact our customer support for troubleshooting and help.

We definitely take customer feedback seriously for all the sites in our network.
They sent me the final proof of the replacement video error screen today. I hope you never see it on our videos but it is going to be very effective. And funny! I'll post a pic and link on the PORN.com blog once it's live.

I never noticed that before! I'll forward your comment onto the right people. We're re-encoding a lot of video lately to increase streaming speed/quality and download quality. I'll let the guys know.
To your size questions - most vids are available for download in HD 2048k DivX, 1024 WMV's and 500k MP4's now. Something for everyone!

We really appreciate it when someone takes the time to review our sites. Especially when they've also spent some real time on the site like you have here. I'd like to reply to a few of your points and see if I can help.
Scene link errors happen and we do everything we can to stop them. It's frustrating when you end up in the wrong place. We regret that you encountered these. You can send me an email with some of them if you remember. For next time there is a link just below the download buttons "Having problems with this video? Report the Problem Here", that email goes straight to our Technical Team's inbox where they will fix the problem.
Session Expired errors are actually not what they appear to be. When there is an error with a video it displays a message that says "Session Expired, please reload your browser..." but your logged-in session has not expired, the error message is incorrect. The error is usually in the encoding process and sometimes the user's flash player. We were alerted to this problem just a week ago by a review on this board and the video guy should have a new (accurate, and cool) error message up in the next few days. Sorry for the confusion.
Search filtering is in the works! We have tested our filtering tools on another of our site. It works by filtering search results by category (cumshot,teen etc..) and then by keywords like "police officer" or "glasses". It's pretty sweet and I'll keep you all posted when it's added to downloadpass.com
Sign-in has some extra steps designed to stop password bots. It's a balance between convenience and security. It's come up before in reviews so I'll bring it up with the team this week.
We try and make our cancellation process as simple as the sign-up process. I'm glad that you didn't have any troubles.

sorry for the delay in getting to your comment, it's been a crazy season!!
What you're experiencing is an error with the specific videos you're watching. That error doesn't mean that your session has timed out but rather that the video or your system is experiencing an error.
(We're having the error message changed to something more useful right now actually.)
If you hit the "Broken" button underneath the video player you can report a broken video or error anytime.

Again - very sorry that you were disappointed by the temporary files and lack of responses. We are not disputing your review at all.
All that we ask is that people give honest reviews and post their experiences. It helps other users find/avoid sites and prompts webmasters to improve.
I just wanted to clarify that the files you don't like (I don't like them either) are in fact temporary and you caught us at a bad time. With our pants down maybe a little ;-)
Also someone should have replied to your emails. It looks like they went to our customer service provider, I'll follow up with them. There's no excuse for that and it's one of the reasons I publish my email on pornusers - as a backup. We don't want people to ever end up left out in the cold.
I do want to make sure that we have this clear about your downloadporn.com upgrade - it did not work properly. We were not attempting to deceive you in any way.
The upgrade was to grant you full download access like the text said. It's obvious now that this didn't happen the way it was supposed to. We would never charge anyone to upgrade from "streaming only" to "streaming only", that's as absurd as it sounds. You were supposed to get full-download access. Please email me, I'd like to at the very least fix your access.
Sorry your experience left you frustrated.

I want to address a few of the issues you brought up in your review - the HD videos, emailing the owner, and the Upgrade.
We're in the process of upgrading our high-def videos, and unfortunately that means that some H264 encoded MP4 files are being used in place of the HD files while they're being processed. These files are not distorted - try using Quicktime or VLC player and they will work fine. The sites we have listed as "HD" or "Bonus", "Exclusive" etc... will be re-encoded first so if you're a member watch for those this weekend/next-week.
I'm not sure who you emailed but please email me directly and let me know how I can help. It sounds like there was a problem with your upgrade - it should have allowed you to download, and I can check/fix your login if you let me.

I looked into this and there was an issue with one of the servers delivering the streaming porn goodness. It's been fixed and measures taken to ensure the same problem can't happen again.

A few of your points are actually straight-up errors and I'd love to know where you saw them. Error messages, incorrect video sizes, incorrect video format etc... are all things we can easily fix if we know where they happened. I have no intention of picking apart your post. I appreciate that you've taken the time to post a well-thought-out opinion. What you're saying makes complete sense and you're entitled to your point of view.
The other sites you mention are great sites but we all do things a little bit differently. I hope that surfers don't think we're trying to be shady as like I said before - it's certainly not our intent. The best thing about pornusers is that you can read other people's experiences with a site before buying (and you get great discounts!) and make an informed decision.

I've never seen it where someone signs up to two of our sites before. I made a quick call to our biller and they told me they'd stop you if you tried to sign up twice.
I'll watch out for that double-effect tho. We wouldn't want anyone to fall into that.

The intent behind displaying overlapping porn content on different site layouts is to satisfy differing porn users' tastes. It is never our intent to trick anyone into signing up to our sites. Unhappy customers cost us money when they cancel and poor reviews cost us new sales. It's in our best interest to make you happy!
We gear different sites towards different types of users. The examples you gave are good ones and we have long-time customers on all three. All three of those sites have different navigational structures, different layout and different video players. Some members of PORN.com would hate surfing porn on Downloadpass.com and members of Downloadpass.com might hate PORN.com
We invite people to check out all of our sites and pick the one that suits you the best - that's what's so great about PORNUSERS.com
