They do not bother to the extent that I would not watch the movie or view the picture. Heavier lines can be a turn off, light lines can add a little or take a little. Tan lines are on of those little things that if I never seen again I likely would not even notice.

As long as they don't like the poster child for "Lobsterfest" I don't think anyone cares. If anything, it adds more realism -- how many women do you know are perfectly tanned with no tan lines anyway.

I voted "other". It depends on the model, and on the level of contrast. On some girls, they can be cute, and on others a turnoff. As slutty says, they're less attractive on more voluptuous models. On younger models, they add to the "innocence" factor. Then again, younger models with smooth skin can look great with no tan at all.

Tan lines aren't necessarily unhealthy for you if they're aquired in a natural way (no taning booth) and your tan isn't very dark. You don't see too many pornstars with them anymore but I can still remember quite a few stars from the golden age that sported them. I always thought they looked amazing with those tan lines. Mind you I prefer tan lines on small breated women. Arcadia Lake, Bunny Bleu and Danielle are 3 names from bygone years that had them.

Tan lines ARE sexy sometimes. I like some tan but white boobs and of course a fully UV-radiation-protected ass, all creamy and light and looking very naked.
But I hate it when the bikini bottom diagonally crossed both cheeks and the result is that forward-slash/back-slash set of tan lines on them.

I'm still waiting for turboshaft and drooler and the rest of the PU members to post their tanline photos before I make my final decision. So I can't say if they really look better with or without. :)
But for female models, I don't think tan lines usually make a big difference one way or the other.

Sometimes the questions in these polls really confuse me. When there are boobs present who has the time to look at the tan lines :P
But seriously I could take it or leave it, no particular preference, unless it's a ridiculous 70's tan
