If you go the cancellation page on the site, it says that the system is down and to contact them by chat, phone or email. I tried to cancel for a full week and they didn't respond until the day after my membership was set to renew. Thankfully, I used a virtual card.
I was impressed with the content and download speeds but the billing issue is obviously a no go. It's a shame that so many sites use Probiller. I won't subscribe to any of them after this.
Just a warning. I joined using the TBP/PU discount for 30 days. Once signed in, I found that the asking rate for the downloads add-on is now 39.99 per month, instead of the 14.99 per month extra mentioned in the TBP review.
My comments only pertain to the Download policy. For those that dont care about downloads, they can disregard.

Now, its become a game where you have to look closely at fine print, figure out what type of membership includes downloads, Standard, full access, Premium, etc.

ANY SITES...and there are MANY.... now associated with ProBiller you should be well aware that those sites will not include downloads unless you pay an additional charge.
I dont know why they just dont put it out there in BOLD TYPE, CLEAR and CONCISE! DOWNLOADS WILL COST EXTRA!!!
There is No question about the quality of the material on Reality Kings or other sites controlled by ProBiller (Brazzers, Twistys, MileHighMedia, Babes, Digital Playground, etc, etc) All these sites are good to great. But they all have that sneaky way of not being clear about the extra $ associated with downloads.
I look frequently but have dug my heels in to the point where I doubt I will ever return to a site controlled by ProBiller.
There are so many other networks out there that offer decent material INCLUDING DOWNLOADS!
For God Sakes, throw a bone or boner once in awhile and give up downloads to annual memberships or something!!
All the "Christmas Deals" look so sweet @ $5.99 but adding the download option jacks it back up to $20 / month.
1 last comment on the topic. For those that dont download, keep in mind that the material changes for reasons I dont know. Maybe servers get corrupted or run out of space? Maybe there is some type of contractual arrangement with the actors & actresses that require them to remove it? But if it were not for the ability to download, material that is removed from the sites is gone forever! That was a collateral perk that I never considered until I realized 1 day that I had archived scenes that are no longer available on the sites.
I canceled my membership but they still charged me for not canceling my "download membership" they actually make you cancel each individual charge. So you can you have a 20 dollar download charge but you cant stream and they still ask for 1 dollar to watch or download it. Biggest scammers out there. Stay away from this site and probiller.
MindGeek is easily the biggest collection of con artists in the porn world. It sucks they own some of the biggest sites on the net that used to be really good, but they have ruined all that in a number of ways. Yes, I suppose they still produce pretty good content from time to time, but not with as much consistency.
However, here is the reason I would caution anyone from joining ANY of their sites....
1) They will steal your money and if you somehow get it back, they will ban you. This happened to me....twice. There were fraudulent purchases on my account (this has happened several times on MindGeek sites) and I disputed them. The times I have gotten it back through them was like pulling teeth. However, two of the times, they outright refused to refund my money. When I got the money back through my bank, MindGeek deleted my accounts and told me I was banned. Since the 2nd time this happened, I havent joined.
2) TI see they deleted a TON of their older scenes from both Reality Kings and Brazzers. Their customer service has told people some of the scenes will come back but that many had to be deleted for copyright reasons or some BS like that. Are you kidding me? There are tons of other sites that still have all of their content from 10-15, even 20 plus years ago, and yet MindGeek had to delete all of those scenes? Its either a lie, or some kind of utter incompetence that led to them, having to be deleted.
Bottom line...I would strongly recommend against PAYING THEM for any of their content. You may have had good experiences with them, and some of you may not care about them deleting older scenes, but eventually, they WILL do something that makes you realize that what Im saying is true.
They have deleted a lot of the content they once had off the site, I was about to rejoin again before I realised this so I won't be joining anytime soon unless they some how return the videos that were deleted which fairly unlikely.
It is simply not worth paying for, More than half of their best content they had is gone.
Lol MindGeek is such a fucking joke. I hope they read this, but I assume they don't care. I hope they get sued for everything and have to sell every site they own and go back to running a hot dog stand. They would probably use probiller for the hot dog stand too. And immediately eliminate all ketchup and mustard, only plain hotdogs, and they charge extra for the bun. But only if you buy a bulk of 100 hot dogs, u cant buy just 1. And no receipts. and they charge your credit card for another 100 hot dogs a week later even though you arent even there to eat them.
Does anybody know the current downloading situation with RK? I was under the impression that there was a strict download limit on this site, and that their sub-site HD Love didn't allow any downloading whatsoever anymore. But I just spoke with their live chat support person and they said the obvious $15/month extra for downloads, which I already knew, and that there was "no limit" on downloads, and that "all videos on RK are downloadable" when I asked specifically about HD Love, so they didn't directly answer my HD Love question but sounds like from what they said downloads are unlimited and HD Love is able to be downloaded from as well. But I don't %100 trust Probiller so i was just curious if anybody with a current subscription with downloads could answer this, thanks.
the extra cost to download videos is $14.99 per month, and the monthly cost of membership. Also after I joined the site, and paying for the downloads, the downloads did not work. I called tech support and that person tried to assist me, as much as he could. which did not work. I was then told to email tech support with my problem, how long it will take I don't know. But Im sure they won't prorate my membership for the time it takes to correct this problem. So basically I'm bought a membership with the download option that does not work for now. It was a learning experience for me, no more sites that charges extra for downloads.
I'm planning on rejoining but I noticed the yearly membership fee when renewing my account is 120$ but if I go to sign up as a new member it is 90$. Is there a catch here that I'm not seeing?
I've heard that there is now an extra fee of 15$ a month to be able to download scenes, is that true when going with the yearly billing as well? Am I looking at an extra 180$ on top of either possible price?
I signed up for a membership which the site decided they would upgrade for me. I asked probiller for a refund. They said no, the site does not allow that.
After being persistent, they decided they could do that.
Don't trust anything that probiller says, they lie.
So I subscribed for a year only to find that the Roku app is garbage and screen mirroring to my television doesn't work either. If anyone has a work around or solution it would be much appreciated.
Heads up for anyone wanting to take advantage of the RK Christmas deal.
I joined Reality Kings to take advantage of the Christmas deal offered here at TBP. I joined knowing full well that the membership would be streaming-only and that I’d have to pay an additional $15 to get downloads. In my opinion, that’s still a good deal so I signed up. On signup I did have an option to join “RK Premium” for an addition fee but that was for two days only. I don’t know if RK Premium is downloads or something else so I clicked ‘no.’
Once I got into the site there were two ways to upgrade to downloads. The first was to go into the ‘my account’ settings and the second was simply to try to download and a dialogue box popped up. But the problem is that the only download upgrades offered were upgrades to extended memberships, one of them being a $130 upgrade to an annual subscription. And to be honest, I still wasn’t sure that these were even the upgrade to get downloads.
The good news is that I was able to add the downloads for $15 to my monthly subscription but to do so I had to go to the biller’s chat service. The bad news is that took 45 minutes. It may be that Probiller was experiencing long delays today but it was 10 minutes before I was connected to an agent and even then I occasionally had to type something to keep the session from timing out after five minutes of inactivity.
So just be aware that unless I’ve missed somewhere on RK where the download upgrade is quick and simple that you’ll have to jump through a few hoops to get downloads if you want them.
I’m about to join Mofos through the Christmas offer here and the setup is the same for that so I may have to go through this again…
Porn Portal has been claiming for the past week or two that Reality Kings now includes GF Leaks. I've got a long-standing membership through Porn Portal to Reality Kings and I see no sign of GF Leaks - no indication in any of the latest videos that there is any new additional content.
So, a) this is a deal for new members only, or b) there is no new content for GF Leaks and whatever content this refers to is buried in the archives, or c) it's just bull-shit.

Unfair and deceitful - stay away!
I've been member off and on a bunch of times, always been love/hate but never truly scammy. But recently I was charged about $60 for no apparent reason by their billing processor/customer victimizer. Investigating, here's what I found: I had been opted into a "sister site" called rkcams.com. I've come to be fairly distrustful of RK by now so I always closely examine every screen when signing up, for the dreaded pre-checked cross-sales. I don't believe that's what this was, I think they just created an account without my consent. And without sending me any sort of confirmation email, info, etc. Just a liability in my name, putting me at risk. Like those fake Wells Fargo accounts but with naked ladies.
In any case, at some point, someone (not me) ran up $60 in minutes (or whatever). I had to make multiple phone calls and the final call to rkcams support sounded like someone sitting in her apartment. Wasn't too difficult to get a refund, but (a) it did take some arguing (b) obviously I shouldn't have to deal with this at all (c) the accounts at rkcams are obviously not secure and yet somehow have my debit card on file, and (d) all of this is at best laughably unprofessional and at worst an actual scam. I couldn't get much info about how this person was able to use my card. E.g. can they see my card data? or is it just pre-authorized for a site they signed me up for without my consent? So I'm going to have to cancel my card now, too. The woman I spoke with basically seemed like "yeah you ran up a bunch of minutes and now you want a refund. ugh, fine." At every stage, an absolute refusal to even acknowledge the possibility that someone else had done this and I wasn't lying.
It's such a shame, but at this point my advice is to steer WELL clear. Not because the content is no good (it's some of the best). Not because the site is difficult or lacking in features (no complaints there). Not because I had a hard time with customer support (ok that one is somewhat true). My advice is to steer clear because the company appears to have no scruples at this point, and you will be putting yourself at risk that you may not even realize. Like what other info did they just give away?
If they ever go under from piracy, I might go under from pointing and laughing.
Ive been wanting to join this site if only it allowed downloads. These scenes are now available for download on gfleaks.com. Also nice, is you can preview all the scenes by date.
Way back, I rented a couple of their first DVDs. Very hot. Apparently, real college students filming themselves in real action. With that, you had to put up with mediocre camera work and subprime girls. They seem to have changed the formula. New scenes look like pornstars pretending to be students. Might be good, but not really the same thing.

I paid for membership of this site late last month and received an email with my login details/ I have tried several times with this info copied and pasted from the email but the site will not accept them. It is even worse as any attempt to cancel membership requires the login details and the cancellation form will not accept them either.
This is completely unacceptable - no wonder the porn industry gets the reputation it has.

Some improvements. Better slide show. All thumbnails visible on one page. Mouse over a scene thumbnail and get four different pictures.
Photos now 2700x1800. So zips can be over a gigabyte. Would prefer a choice of resolution ala Metart.
Download Limit. Not much of a problem on my slow dsl connection. Only ran into it when I downloaded a bunch of old (small) videos.
If I recall you can download 50 videos in 24 hours. If you hit the limit it gives you a screen saying you have to wait 24 hours,
but you really only have to wait an hour or so till a video you downloaded yesterday falls out of the twenty four hour window.
In a month, I skimmed maybe a year of content and downloaded enough to keep me busy for a long time. If I were to do it over again,
I'd be more selective and download the highlights of say two years of content. RK has 2-4x as many scenes as say sexart or teamskeet,
but the number of good scenes is about the same.
Couldn't get the $9.95 deal. Maybe it only works for new members, kicked me over to a renew for $30 screen.
Got it for $15 when the $9.95 deal was unavailable. Or might have been through another discount site, rabbit? I forget.
Maybe you can delete your cookies and get the $9.95 deal. I wanted to renew to keep my favorites, but now that they deleted those,
that's no longer an issue.
