Hum...maybe I can finally join this site.
I have been thinking joining for a while, but a while back i joined on and thought is was the most annoying this out there. Especially since they use the same model name 17 times and named all the files exactly the same....a downloading nightmare.

ATK Natural & Hairy has also switched over to single, all-inclusive zip files too. It is a nice time saver, now if they would just name each zip set numerically rather than all the same name. Right now if a model's name is Jessica, the zip file is jessica_all.zip, no matter if it is a zip of her first set or her 30th set. Still, it is a big improvement, no doubt.

Yes, they sure are. STILL are. In fact, you could say they're a real right-click, click, click, drag (to destination folder) many, many times over. The webmaster who came in on this discussion addressed some important points, but the "zipporhhea" affliction (if I may coin a term) was not one of them.
I now know of no other sites out there other than ATK Galleria and ATK Exotics that still persist in this pre-broadband practice of one zip per page and offers no all-in-one zip file for a gallery. 1byday finally stopped doing it; Karupspc and Karupsha finally stopped doing it; even ATK Premium at least offers all-in-one zips along with the by-the-pagers.
And it's got to be extra work for ATK Galleria, too! Doesn't someone have to make all of those zips? Take Lingerie 79 (4) -- just yesterday. 16 different models in one day is GREAT. But 95 zips?? That's how many there are! That's crazy! No, make that ludicrous.

i am sorry but this is one thing they are completely wrong about...
I begged them for a refund after the ddoss attacks began and they refused no matter what to give me a refund.
In the middle i was asked to take a free 2 week pass instead of the refund..
so im sorryt but atkgalleria does not offer refunds even for ddoss attacks.
that is one thing i will not support their saying..
if you expect a refund from the ddoss attacks.. you will NOT get one.
i begged atleast 5 times to give me atleast a 2 week refund and they vehemently denied me that over and over again .. i was given a 2 week pass to atkpremium so it was not a total loss but i honestly felt like i was forced to get that pass and it was not a choice i made.

Been a member of ATK sites too many times to remember. I always appreciated the quality of their sites...or wouldn't have returned. I'm sure they will get this access problem worked out and all will be well. With that said I will also add that I am not happy with how they are handling this issue with their customers. ( I assume we are all in the same boat) I have not been notified one time about what is going on and what they are planning to do for the customer. Funny thing is I just received a promo email from them...really!!!. They can send me that email but nothing about why I can't access my subscription. I had to visit this forum to find out what was happening.

It has always been ATK's policy to cancel a member the first time they ask to be canceled. We do not do a hard sale to make them stay we simply cancel their membership. We want our members to be happy and we want them to give us a chance again in the future. If we make it difficult for them to cancel or they feel they were ripped off they will not come back to us.
We look at members in a long term sense not just as a one time customer.

Each member that has emailed us for a refund has been refunded. If you email us we will do it right away. We can not change the dates of rebills with CCBill because we do not have access to any of the credit card information. I'm sure you can contact CCBill or your billing provider and they will tell you we do have have access to that.
Since we can not change billing dates through CCBill we are offering members free time on the site of their choice. However, it would be silly for us to start giving out free pass to the other sites when the problems are still going on. Members are being advised to contact us once the problems are solved for their pass to another site. I'm not sure what more we could do. We are not in practice of keeping peoples money when they did not get the product they paid for. If they want their money back we are refunding, no questions asked and no hard sale to keep you.
The first post we made on Hairy about the attacks was on 12/9 then on 12/18 then on 12/20. We were not trying to ignore the attacks we were trying to fight them. We had no idea how long they would go on for.

2 Free K: Your comments are exactly the response that the DDOS attackers are trying to achieve. They want to shut down the site and prevent its business; you are helping in that effort. Any porn site that is relentlessly attacked like this is going to be down. They don't have the resources of billion dollar businesses like Wells Fargo bank, so stop making stupid analogies.
Yeah, the ATK sites have been up and down with this problem, but I'm sure these guys have been trying anything and everything to resolve it. I've had my gripes with their content, but they need our support in the long term. We need to fight the attackers, not the victims.

*Today, 12-20-2014, there is no ATK website at all. Not even the visitors homepage will load.*
On the plus side, at least people won't unknowingly subscribe to this mess. They way things have been going, it's best if ATK just vanishes for a while, provides prorated refunds, and returns once they've truly fixed the problem. As much as I've enjoyed ATK over the years, money is the bottom line: they don't give us free porn, so why should they get free money?

I am going to reply to this comment EVERY TIME I encounter a server problems with your site, just to show the world how non-stop this problem is.
So yes - today, the server is down *again*.
You may not think it is down, but having to click 'Refresh' several times = server is down. I wouldn't bother for a free site, let alone one expecting payment.
At what point does this become fraud? At what point does thebestporn.com disassociate itself with you?
I noticed that your server is CloudFlare. On their website, they have four different pricing tiers: Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. All four levels claim to have 'Basic DDoS Protection'. Does it not work? Which pricing tier do our ATK dollars pay for?
CloudFlare boasts on their page that Wells Fargo uses their services. Does Wells Fargo have these sorts of problems? What would happen if they did?
Has this mess awakened the powers-that-be at ATK, or are they still pinching pennies while the site goes down the drain?

Yeah....504 gateway error. This is ridiculous. Karups is about the only other website that's up there in terms of competition and they never have issues like this. Also, I notice that the pages don't load up on some of the links unless you hit the reload button. I'm not sure how much more of that I can take. Definitely not satisfied

I understand your frustration and believe me if we could just solve the problem we would have done that long ago. Ddos attacks are very hard to fight but we are working around the clock to minimize them as much as possible but it is like fighting a losing battle. I do not understand the motive behind someone doing this to a website but the sad fact is many companies go through this.
One thing we will not do is "close up shop" we will continue to fight against it and put in new safe guards and new hardware to give our members what they come to us for.
We have one of the largest libraries of content in the industry and it would be a sad day when our doors close. No matter what we will continue to fight but the sad thing is, our members suffer more than anyone and that just pisses me off.

I've been going back and forth on the ATK site while typing these comments, and it has taken over 30 minutes to get through a picture set.
I'll give it a month. After that, I'll make it official with a review. The site's score average should reflect its inaccessibility.

I found the change very frustrating myself 2 Free K, as you well know, so I understand your vigilante tendencies in connection with this site. We have a saying that "the squeakiest wheel gets the grease" and I guess all the lovers of freak shows got the grease in this case because they kept demanding stuff that got more and more extreme until the site caved in to their demands.
I think your idea of having two separate hairy sites makes a great deal of sense and sure wish they would do exactly that. But I won't hold my breath. :-)

Thanks 2 Free K, I have taken a very nervous step in the meantime and have resubscribed against my better judgment because I couldn't resist seeing the new lay-out as well as the bigger pictures. This site used to be my favorite, that might explain why I keep hoping and going back.
Initial impression: very disappointing. The updates since I resubscribed have been incredibly boring and I have already left comments on the site regarding the photographers' lack of imagination. The new lay-out is fine but I really wish they would do away with the way they "store" their updates.
As to the big pictures, I don't understand your reluctance to download them and I am saying this without the slightest wish to be confrontational. I have found that every picture viewer like Irfan View etc. allows you to adjust your settings so that even the biggest picture will not take up more space than the size of your screen.
I agree with you that if you wish to see the large pictures in full size you'll have to do quite a bit of scrolling so I very seldom watch them that way, but why not download the latest, this way .. down the road .. you won't have to delete pictures left and right because they are hopelessly outdated.
I just got finished deleting tons of pictures whose dimensions were less than 800x600 because they no longer looked good and will, most likely, delete the 800x600 ones next. With pictures now at 2000x3000 and even higher it'll be quite a few years until they become obsolete.

Your review almost tempts me to subscribe again just to see what the new lay out looks like, that plus the bigger sized pictures.
One question though, do the models still forget to bring underwear to the shoot and if they do do they keep their bras and panties on for longer than the first page. SeanR was the only one who managed to draw out a strip a bit, that's why I collected his sets, even though I think he puts a bit too much make-up on his models.

I think the recent revamp is a success. I especially like the new comments feature.
Still looking & waiting for those user defined customisable zips though! ;0)
As regards photography, I think Sean Rs work is over rated.
He does what he does well, but his sets are far too repetetive
with a lot of identical poses which could easily be edited out without loss to the set content.
A personal thing, but for me he spends too long on the rear views & gynaecology & not enough full body shots.
A fair review of a solid site.

@2FreeK, I completely agree with your post. I used to think BB's was great. At least as good as RealityKings. But the sites I liked stopped updating (facial fest, backroom) and the ones that update are mainly have chunky aging porn stars with fake tits. Christy Mack is hot, but they've got like 30 videos of her in the last two months. My taste hasn't changed, BB's has become an amateur brazzers.
Something must be going on because Preston left them and went to RK. And they have been posting many remastered scenes and fewer updates. Recently that could be related to the porn shutdown though.
