Hi there,
Thanks for commenting on this site The Nov 2013 is an error we here at Viv Thomas made on the site, it'll be fixed first thing tomorrow. Apologies for that, but trust me it wasn't designed to mislead anyone.
Secondly the point about original content. I can assure you Jo shoots content regularly and sends it over to us for editing. We release one video scene, and one photo set very week and sometimes additional bonus content during the week.
The "reunited" set was filmed this year, definitely not in the mid 2000s :) I think both girls would be extremely happy that they appear not to have noticeably aged in 8 years :)

Thanks for replying and yes I did mention to some members of I Dream of Jo that there was a place where they could review the site here. As there were no PU reviews at all, I thought it might be a good thing. They love the site and rate it accordingly. Admittedly Eve doesn't work with tons of other people any more, but Jo does work with her regularly.
I can guarantee you that every single week there is a fresh new set from Jo. It's not recycled content.

Hi Loki,
What we seem to have here is a technical miscommunication which has ended up by giving you the perception of bad customer service. While I was away, one of my colleagues actually DID reply to your ticket on our help center the day after you wrote in.
I have since sent you an email and replied on the help center alerting you of our reply. However my offer of a free month still applies.

I can't be 100% sure if it was you I had a conversation with on our help center, but this is a simple cookie issue. There is no con here. If you cleared your cookies properly and clicked the correct link, you would have got the special.

Just another quick point. We started our HD tests in WMV and then quickly converted to MP4 as the compression ratios were much better. All newly shot scenes are available in MP4 HD.

Just a quick point on the models - we don't actually remove content from the site as all. I'm not sure what happened with Desire Moore (maybe you mean Jessica Moore?) and Arianna Jollie http://www.vivthomas.com/models.php/1982 but I am checking that out for you.

Hi guys,
This offer was a 48 hour time limited offer and started early Saturday morning European time and ended Sunday night European time. Maybe you weren't seeing the banner because of the time difference when you looked, but the offer was open to the entire world.
Just a little secret, especially for you guys, we'll be doing something similar for Halloween. I'll make the banner and the whole special offer much clearer, as I see you seemed to have a problem finding it.

Search results also return models, video, photo sets or films.

We have taken great pains to set up a help center to manage all support related issues as emails aren't the most reliable form of communication. We hardly have any of our thousands of members complaining about download speeds and when there is an issue it's usually on their side.
Traveler if you would like to submit a ticket on our help center (easily found on every single page at the bottom with a "Help and Support" link I can help you get through your problems or at least compensate you accordingly.

Thanks for your review nadiencendia. Just a quick point about the streaming videos. They ARE offered in our site on www.vivthomas.com as part of the 19.95 per month. You say they are offered in a separate site.
VivThomasVideo.com offers all those same streaming videos, the only difference being that they are downloadable as well on VTV - they are not downloadable on VT.com.
