That is disgusting. Mail a letter of complaint to your credit card company and dispute the charge. We've had a discussion here somewhere on PU about pre-checked cross sells, but this is even worse. Your credit card company should know about this. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Me, too. This happens sometimes at ccbill and epoch. If the site really is good enough to stick around another month for, albeit at a reduced price, it's got to be one of the better ones. I do need to point out that the lowered rate does not necessarily extend past that first discounted month. I've learned to check at the billing service site to make sure of these things. "Pornography is vulgar, candid, cynical, obscene depiction of sexual acts, pursuing no other goal, the explicit demonstration of genitals, unethical elements of the sexual act, sexual perversions, realistic sketches that do not meet moral criteria and offend honour and dignity of the human by inciting low instincts." This is the translation of the definition of porn from a 2003 law in the Ukraine, taken from the article that Doug62 linked to. As you can see, it's simply chock-full of vice and virtue terms, making it so subjective as to render the definition a bit low on the "cojones" meter. Yet it provides an out. All one needs to do is pursue an additional goal. Have one of the actors spell out a wicked word -- like the commonly misspelled "occasionally" -- and, voila, it has an educational goal, too. And then it's no longer (huff-groan-scream-splooge) porn. BTW. Are the "Saw" films illegal in the Ukraine? I guess that they do not incite low instincts. People go to see them because they have high purposes, I'm sure. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Here's yet another one: www.officefantasy2.com Again, this is an FYI, but not an "APB." Sample pics I saw at a free site were at 924px, which is shrimpy for sure. But the girls look nice. Jana Cova, Erica Ellyson, Karli Montana ... The material is exclusive. The visitor's area doesn't really show a lot. Office Fantasy "2" is naughtier than the original site. But it might just barely qualify as "naughty." I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Well, here's an interesting one: www.blondstars.com It's in Japanese and funny English -- "You will not be indifferent to our model!" -- using the google translator. But they've got some nice stuff of MPL-type girls like Sarah, Anya (here as Fibby, her FemJoy name), and Sasha (whoo, as Kira), and more. Looks mostly exclusive. The site started pretty recently, as there's not a lot of content up, and they were asking 30 USD for a subscription. Found pics from there at a free site, and they were 2000px. So, that's FYI to my PU tomodachi (friends). I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. Edited on Jul 10, 2009, 06:42pm

Thanks. I didn't watch the show very much, though recently I saw a retrospective on the Biography Channel. And you know, I thought June Cleaver was an attractive woman, a perfect MILF for the 1950's. She was always put together just right. Your Steve Martin tag line reminds of Jim Gaffligan, doing standup, complaining "I had to pay for sex on my birthday!" Here's another example, as I can't be both a contestant and a judge: Darla Sue is a naughty trailer skank who loves to entertain the fly-riddled bikers who stop by. She likes to roll in the Velveeta as she pops her ass gasket and her fuel-injected pussy until she sees the fridge open and screams, "OK, who's the dead motherfucker that drank my last Pabst Blue Ribbon?!" I can't remember if "bare ratings" without a review used to factor into the average score of a site or not. Anyway, I've only done ratings mostly for sites that I didn't much like and didn't want to bother reviewing. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Yes, it seems to be "Celebrity Death Week." I've always had a certain fondness for Billy Mays. His TV ads were very fun to watch as he pitched everything from that garden hole digger to the burger griddle, all in his usual ebullient manner. Funny how I don't even remember Oxy Clean. I do remember Mighty Putty 'cause I just saw it on the tube again like yesterday. The way Billy sold the stuff, you'd think you could plug Mt. Vesuvius with it if you just had enough. "It has the strength ... to make this active volcano dormant!" LOL. Will miss him. He was one of a kind. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Whoops! Now how could I have overlooked Britney/Lulu/etc., that tallish Hungarian girl with the big innocent smile and and legs and ass that send me into a muted daze. She's done TONS of modeling, and most recently I'm seeing new, exclusive material of her at HegreArt, as Brigi. She's got to be one of the best -- experienced but still fresh and charming as ever. (BTW, the "Brigi" link takes you to the home page; all of the other TBP links go to the signup page, it seems.) And she's never had a boob job, either. Yes, I remember watching Charlies Angels on TV all the way through just to get glimpses of Farrah (and Jaclyn Smith) in their bikinis. It was a very different time. No internet porn. No one even had an email address. I can't remember if we even had ATMs around when that show came out. I had a horse to ride to school ... well, that's going too far. ;) I never bought the Farrah poster, but all I had to do was go out to shopping areas and it was everywhere, so I could gawk on the cheap. It was very sexy and even provocative for the time. Farrah got pigeonholed as a bimbo and I didn't think it was fair. Even doing a "woman in peril" role as a domestic abuse victim wasn't much of a reach. I think she was shortchanged by the ineptitude of the "star system." And now, Michael Jackson. Had the Thriller album drilled into my brain, but it was a great popular record. MJ was hugely talented, but in his later life he became very strange. I'd rather just remember him for his great music and leave the rest to the tabloid media, which I pretty much ignore. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

There's a silver lining. Maybe two. We can at least describe new sites we've found in some detail for other members by using the thread, even before they get the TBP listing. The other silver lining is Khan himself, patiently watching over his flock of PU kiddies. Sure, he told us not to post there but to send the e-email instead. How many times has he told us? But I think that Khan is more interested in being the helpful Dad than being the "The Rules of this House Are ..." kind of Pop. Then I can also say (snotty teenager voice), "Well, I didn't ask you to list the site, but Khan, if you do it anyway, then is that my fault?" ;) Of course, I'm glad that he does it anyway. Or we could do BOTH: First e-mail Khan the request that the site be listed and then announce it on the "sites not listed" thread. I think I might have done that once or twice. I suppose for real fun we could post mock emails on the thread. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. Edited on Jun 25, 2009, 07:58pm

Oh! Well, then that makes sense. And GCode said TBP at the beginning of this whole thing, not PU. It's in the title of his thread. My bad! Shit. Just have to miss one key detail and the whole thing gets hairy. Fuck. Well, at least we've pretty much covered all the bases. LOL. And maybe it all means that the TBP reviewers have better taste than we do. ;) I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. Edited on Jun 25, 2009, 08:13pm

I've looked through the rankings (not by individual raters but by average scores), and I actually don't see that pattern. For one thing, sites tend to have multiple niches, photography being one. Also, there are sites such as FemJoy that are in the 80's, and sites that focus on video that are in the 90's. Also, if you look only by "Photography" niche, there are only two sites in the 90's -- MetArt but also DDF Busty (which does as much video as photography). And in the 80's, we see HegreArt, FemJoy, Errotica Archives, Digital Desire, and MC Nudes -- along with more mixed and more video-focused sites. Another thing is a validity issue. There are sites that do plenty of pics and vids, such as InTheCrack, but that one, for example, is not even in the photography niche. Other niches have taken precedence, as each site has a limited number of niches. And this is true despite the high quality of photography there. No, there are too many factors at work and too much contrary evidence to make the generalization plausible. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England. Well, here's a new one: teenmodels.com. Fresh pics of the popular European doll babes at up to 3000px, looks all exclusive, nice site design. Has videos, too. "Standard" $30 ceiling price for a month. Looks enticing, but for me there's too much g/g and toy play, from what I'm seeing. So I'll pass the wand to whomever might be more interested. Yes, they don't keep their databases current as they used to. What I've been doing is to always keep a record of when I signed up and the subscription number. When I cancel at ccbill, I just type in my email and paste in the subscription number and I get the record right away. The record-keeping is a bit of a pain but, since I can't rely any longer on ccbill, I have to depend on the guy sitting in my chair. Lucy wiggles her ass in agreement. Thanks. And I was playing along. Lucy is Lucie at FemJoy. Had to do some searching of my records, the FemJoy archive, and then some deductive thinking to make sure of THAT. My personal favorite of her there is called "Caught." She's also been at ALS Scans as Olivia, EroticDestinations as Sandra, at Errotica Archives as Leona, at InTheCrack as Jessica, and at Twistys, DigitalDesire, McNudes, TeenDreams, MetArt, MetModels, and ClubSandy, usually as Lucie or Lucy. FYI. I'll probably have my standard avatar back up long before FemJoy gets around to setting up an archive system and search engine that's worth a hoot. Just here to say that exotics' comparison on the videos was spot on. The 1byday videos are really high in quality and exclusive, too. As long as you like the sort of things they do (e.g., the fucking machines), it's worth packing a good stretch of disk space for. Then, stay away from the other DDF sites. Aha! The unexplored niche! After all of that head pounding (see threads) for a new one -- that's it! Wonder what you'd call it? And it will need an acronym. HS for Home Schooling? FSW, for Father-Son-Whore? It needs to be transparent. (Good luck with THAT, eh?) I remember back when I only watched porn in theatres, there was a scene with a father, son, and Desiree Cousteau. They were up in a balloon basket. Desiree and the 18-year-old birthday boy had at it. After they landed and she was walking away, the Dad said, "I'm proud of you, son," and, off camera, you could hear, "Thanks, Dad!" Can't remember which movie it was. Sorry. A grammophone is (well, was, mostly) a phonograph to Americans. I think it probably means especially the turntable, which is almost literally the heart of the whole thing. I guess that "phonogram" would have been structurally a more perfect match, but we in the USA might think it was some kind of post-singing-telegram kind of novelty. ;) Like one of those gift cards that plays a song when you open it up, or one of those prankish little tune-playing things that goes off when you pull a few sheets off the toilet paper roll. (As if it's saying, "Hey, everybody! Someone's in here right now, and they just took a shit!") Thanks for the tip-o-grams on turntables and such. And knowing that there are still Cream fans around, well, now I don't feel so old. Actually, I feel like putting on "Spoonful!" I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Another thing you could do is open a link in a new window (top command when you right click on a link in Firefox); then when you close the window you'll end right back where you were on the previous page. I do this a lot anyway with sites that don't open photos in new windows and I find it really helps as well with the problem you've described. Some sites do code so that a window always opens at the top. When a page is long, it's a pain. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

I'm using version 3.0.10 of Firefox for Windows XP. I'm not having that problem at PU. I just tested it by going deep into a long thread, clicking the link to Toadsith's page, then hitting the back button. You know, one trick that might be worth a try is alt+left arrow, which does the same thing as the back button, but maybe it will return you to whence you'd left off. I've done it with some success at certain sites. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Thanks especially to RagingBuddhist and GCode for your suggestions. I'm thinking about an Audio Technica professional direct-drive turntable; it would run me $250, but it's got nice features, like pitch control, strobe, and a pre-amp. And though it's not top priority, it also allows computer input in case I want to churn out some MP3s off the vinyl. I might not go so high on the power amp, but the speakers of course need to be solid. Still looking around. Thanks again. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Hey everybody. Thanks for the replies so far. I'll get into more specifics. My primary interest is playing directly from vinyl. I have a stereo amp from the '70's, but it's so old that the internal wiring and circuitry seem beyond hope. Spent lots of time struggling to revive it. It puts out super distortion or nothing at all. So an amp/receiver, turntable, and speakers are what I'm looking for. (And I do mean a component system; not a cheesy all-in-one.) Any suggestions on brands and models? Thanks again. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

Having just viewed the poll on sound systems, I thought, "Why not ask my fellow PUs?" I've got a bunch of vinyl LPs, but no longer do I have a system to play them on! This is indeed a very sad state of affairs. Making matters worse is my ignorance of what's available that is of good quality. Anyone know? Something under the 100-watts-per-channel range would do, but nothing too tame, either. Something decent to spin, say, "Live Cream" on. Thanks. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

I've been a member of ATK Galleria, Premium, Exotics, and even Hairy off and on over several years. Galleria I think is the flagship site. I lost interest in it recently because the galleries weren't doing it for me any more. It was mostly stripping then not much nudity at the end; kinda the reverse of sites like FemJoy, though that one has had more stripping of late. I've reviewed most of the sites and put in some comments, too. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

At the join page, it says that they have daily updates with NEW material. Hoping so, that it won't be a DDF style duplication of stuff on their other sites. It looks pretty good! Looking forward to a review from someone who will give all the specs (pic and video dimensions, amount of current content, etc.). I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

"This porno review was brought to you by the letter 'D' (sniff-sniff, pant-pant, drool-drool)." Yet I do believe that my fellow "Droogies" (to borrow shamelessly from Anthony Burgess) do understand. Maybe it's because we do have enough DNA in common? The human genome is similar enough to that of the poodle dog (oblique reference to a Frank Zappa motif, back in the day). And what of your avatar, Wittyguy? Put it together with the name and just what IS that supposed to be? Surrealism? Suggested caption: "Go fuck myself? Don't think I haven't tried!" I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.
