They put out at least 2 scenes a month that were filmed in Europe (generally England, though not necessarily with English actresses), and have been since about the middle of last year. And while that isn't a huge percentage, it's enough that they could generally use it to film any girl they wanted to, which is kinda what I was getting at with my comment (that a girl being in Europe wouldn't stop them from shooting her).
Heck, a few months ago, they actually released an uncensored scene from Japan, which really surprised me.

They've been doing one scene a day for a while now (since a little bit after I finished my membership in June), it's just that for some strange reason, if you just click on the "most recent" videos tab, it doesn't show any of the weekend updates. You have to change the "updated" box from "all-time" to something else, and then the older weekend updates will show up. And because most of their movies have about 5 scenes, it just ends up being 1 DVD a week, but that isn't set in stone as they have series that are less than 5 scenes per movie (Gangbanged) and series that are more than 5 scenes per movie (Let Me Suck You).

They're never going to catch up to a site like Evil Angel unless they go to more than one update a day (old or new), which it doesn't look like they're going to do anytime soon.

The post-2008 movies definitely outnumber the pre-2008 by alot, but it looks like they are working to get more of the back catalog up on the site (I mentioned this as one of my biggest issues when I joined the site in my review, so I'm glad to actually see them doing something about it, even if it's only 2 scenes a week on the weekends).

From when I was a member earlier this year, it was usually about a month or so between when a movie released on DVD and when they put it on the site, give or take a couple weeks.

I don't know where you were looking, but they have a lot of pre-2008 content (for example, look up girls like Jenna Haze who have been around a while). And it looks like, on weekends, they put up new content that goes as far back as 2001.

While it doesn't do anything for me sexually, it doesn't immediately turn me off in a scene either. I remember watching the early Barely Legal movies, where at least 1 scene would feature a girl peeing at some point before the actual sex started, and occasionally just wondering how they'd work it into the movie.

Unlike the other two people, I downloaded about 20GB in a day, and was never got any warnings about hitting any limit or was slowed down at all. And as you can tell from my comment, I'm more recent than the other two. And a reply to my comment says that they didn't hit it until 60GB.

It's a little hard to find, but all you should have to do open a customer support ticket telling them you want to cancel. There's a Support link at the bottom of every page that should show you how to do that.
And yes, I think you need to cancel a couple days before renewal, but I'm not sure of what the exact number is.

Yes, for two reasons. The selection on the biggest ones is great (like pat362 said, there's generally videos there that you literally cannot get from anyplace else, and that alone can make them worth it). Second, the value gets to be bad when you're looking at buying hundreds of minutes to watch full length scenes. If you spend you minutes sparsely (I primarily use it to preview material from companies/sites I'm not sure about, and occasionally to watch parts of hard-to-find material), I could spend 20-30 dollars and have enough minutes for an entire year.

I think they debuted a "Twisty's Hard" section a while back with your basic boy/girl videos, but I can't remember how long ago this was so I don't know how many total hardcore videos they have up. Looking at their preview, it looks like they do one a week.

They tend to offer a sale on the site every few months, which I've seen go as low as $10 for the first month, but is normally around $15-17 for the first month. I'm probably gonna jump on the deal like that to check out everything I might like.

Emma Starr is really well liked by most of the sites fans as well, you might want to check her out (she has about 30 scenes on the site, so there's a lot to check out). Charlee Chase, maybe (and make you get the spelling correct, as there's a Charley Chase that is a young latina, as opposed to Charlee being a blonde MILF).

Almost never. It would have to be a payment processor with a notorious history of not letting people access the sites they paid for. If I head one is slightly shady with things like extra charges, I may still join, but use a pre-paid credit card to do so.

If you like that stuff, they've actually been shooting with this style for a couple years now, so I think you'll find a bunch of good stuff on their site, and they've been doing a good job of getting firsts for the last few years as well (for example, Tori Black's first anal and first DP).
