I wonder if the customers are not the only ones having issues with their server connections. I guess their updates/schedule code just works so that it pushes new releases out as available on the website no matter if the actual files are fully uploaded on the server and so you get half files and such. Sometimes this is also an issue with older scenes. I was only today able to dl the latest 6 day old Footsie Babes scene in it's entirety. At the moment the higdef photosets are broken for Club Sandy scene 100727 and Cuties Galore scene 71140. Luckily they apparently get fixed quickly but make a bad impression. Server issues continue on/off depending on a day and time. Sometimes it works 100% while on other day you have to reload a clip three times. Seems to have a lot to do with time of day and I guess that is related to server load. One video (The Anal Training Of Vlada, I think it is called.) only downloads 26.000KB to your hard drive when you click on download full video and, as can be expected, freezes after about 30 seconds when you attempt to play it because that's all you get. I tried downloading this video in mp4 and wmv (ultra high) and the download is incomplete in both versions. Another video downloaded on the same day is complete but keeps freezing and breaking up. No, it's not my computer or player, everything else plays just fine. Also recently with one of the subsites, Sweet Sophie Moone, they been posting pages for new content, but no actual links to videos or photos, in other words vapor content. This leads me to their non-existent customer support. Don't bother submitting any problems through their web interface, you'll get a canned, automated email and never hear anything more. If you reply to the automated email you'll never hear anything. Also they never fix the problems you report, even easy ones like broken links. There is no other way to attempt to contact them either. No forums where customers can post, no ability to comment, nothing. This is really a shame. They've got great content and tons of it, but these problems with occasional broken, wrong and missing links are simply inexcusable for a site of this caliber, especially if someone reports them. It's also inexcusable for a site of this caliber to have no customer support. This is the only thing holding them back and its something that should be easily corrected. The complete absence of customer support would not keep me from (re)joining, but it's very frustrating if there's something you want only to find the links are broken or missing and no one that works there cares.
