Anyway, I fill the form, asking for cancellation. No reply. Tried it a few days later. No reply. Has my suscription been cancelled? I do not know, no confirmation email. The files are quite large - about 1.5GB to 3.5GB. Download managers don't work to accelerate download speed and the normal download speed was only about one-third the speed I normally get, which makes for a very long download time: about 45 minutes and more.
