As many have already stated in previous comments, Centrobill is to be avoided at all costs. If you join via Centrobill, you are doomed to go through a nightmare before you can cancel your subscription. Epoch, on the other hand, is reliable and supportive, no complains. Bad news is, when trying to join, you are processed via Centrobill by default. So you need to do the "secondary processor" trick, in order to suscribe via Epoch. Always do this: when filing your credit card details in the subscription form, enter some erroneous data (for instance, a wrong expiration date). I am adding my comment here, because none of their other sites seem to receive any comments. I subscribed to the 1 dollar 2-day trial. I _did_ read the terms of service, carefully. I noted "you must notify the Company directly 24 hours before the end of the trial/special offer period to cancel automatic renewal". I went ahead and subscribed. Unfortunately, I failed to google CentroBill beforehand. Well, I did eventually google them not long after subscribing, and came upon this page of comments, which made me very, very nervous. I immediately initiated the cancellation of my subscription at centrobill.com. This was way more than 24 hours before the end of the trial period, like, hours after subscribing. I have yet to receive a response. I also tried to contact them via the "Contact Support" link next to my order on their Orders page. I still haven't received a single response, and have now been billed for the full membership price (44.95 USD). Of course I immediately applied for a refund on their page, but I'm sceptical that my experience with them will be any different than it's been so far.
