I don't really have TVs. I have A/V setups in 3 rooms with A/V recievers, Tivos, stream-capable Blu-Ray players, and game consoles. One setup is a dedicated A/V room with the setup bove, plus a PC, a projector and 12 foot projection screen.
The problem with TV and TV related services is that they are too clean. I can get PPV porn on any hotel TV, but not in my own home because Amazon and the other mainstream vendors won't carry it. Huge, huge, HUGE market opportunity when you consider what VCRs did for the industry.

Eh, it's more about the ability of the photography team than the location. Well..Although outdoors is usually fine, I'm not thrilled with the girl in the woods shoots where she pretends there is no photographer present or is partially hidden behind a tree.
A good photographer with a good model, good technique and a good demeaner with that model can successfully shoot anywhere.

I was in Vegas several years ago for business and the hotel was hosting some kind of porn convention. Can't recall what it was...maybe Vivid. Everybody had lanyards and badges, but I was able to walk right in because I had a lanyard and badge from my covention...nobody really looks at the things. Lots of toys, dolls, porn stars, etc. Remember Raquel Darrian? She was there. That pegs the timeframe. '92 maybe?

I am all for legalization and taxation at both the state and federal level. It would help the economy and allow the DEA to go after the heavy hitters dealing with the really bad stuff. Bot...
The only concern I have is the impact this would have on kids. For drinking, laws are strict and the impact of small amounts of alcohal on the development of kids brains is generally minimal (as proven by studies and by European countries that allow kids to drink). Don't bash me, but I am not convinced that pot does not have an impact on the development of young brains. As a kid in the 1970's I was 11 when I started smokong pot and was pretty much done with it by college. I do think it had an adverse affect on me. As a kid, I did not delineate much between pot and marginally more dangerous drugs like coke (the snorting kind back then, thank god), speed and quaaludes. (Adults, with a more developed sense of reason, can probably understand the difference and not leap to other drugs.) I also think legalization might make it easier for kids to get weed, especially if it were a common thing around the house (purses, top drawers, etc). Alcohol laws prevent an adult from giving alcahol to a minor, but do not prohibit kids from raiding the liquor cabinet and do not encourage parents to lock up the booze. And as somebody above mentioned, unlike alcohol, second hand pot smoke is still effective at giving somebody, kids included, a buzz.
So, although I'm in favor of it, there would need to be several safeguards in place that I'm not sure are there yet. Some combination of both alcahol and tobacco policies would need to be implemented.

The only non-digital I have could be considered collector stuff, "Oh God, She's Nude!" and similar, hidden away in a dusty box I last saw about a year ago. The best of my digital stuff, dating back more than 15 years now, is on a protected hard drive on one of 3 computers in the man cave. Older stuff and archives are on protected external drives stored away. Like any data, you can't exactly call it valuable, but it is worth backing up because it would be very expensive or impossible to replace.
Next good question: Do people have backups?

To each his/her own, I guess. When I look at a beautiful girl on a good site, at least one thought I have is how nice it would be to go down on her until she cums and says stop. But after seeimg a few shots of peeing, that thought vanishes. Now..on the other hand...I have been told that one of the reasons there is soo much pee on the lesbian sites is because the photographers are tellig the girls to imagine themselves peeing on the tens of thousands of guys who are getting off seeing them naked. I post things on a lot of different BBs for different subjects ranging from classic and modern sports cars to robotics and animatronics to DIY home renovation to, of course, porn. Some are reviews, some are answers to questions, some are how-tos and some are questions to others. That closing line is just a sign-off that I use and I included it here out of habit, I guess. It is not a search for validation (after 10 years and 50 or so reviews, I'd be crazy to still be looking for that.) I do hope that this review helps PU readers make a decision about the site. That's all. :-)

Great feedback! This was a late night review and I did pull a little from my review of 21 Naturals (which uses the same overall set up and many of the same pages).
I'll go back and read this again and make some changes.
In general, I still think of HD like the cable companies do. 720 is marginal HD but it counts. 1080 is HD. 4k is something other than HD. I meant 1080.

VERY Funny! :-D I totally get it. The AAA-Cup (There, I said it again) girls I have dated were small enough to lift with one hand, which could be a lot of fun, but I prefer boobs that work well as bang intensity meters without risk of knocking me out. Variety is one of the spices of life, though, and a couple of my favorite models (Lorena G for example) don't have much up top but more than make up for it in other ways.

I understand what you are saying about the photos, but the vids? Do you download them or stream them? If I'm downloading material (which I am), what I don't want to do is spend a lot of time sifting through and deleting stuff I don't want. That means I am deleting half of the material in each set because EACH SET includes one of the aforementioned fetish sections. Yes, I like ALS, too, or I wouldn't keep coming back. I like it for the attitude. But each time I sign up, I do it because I forget how ridiculous some of the fetish material is.
You are suggesting that I just skip the part of the video I don't like or skip the images that I don't like. In order to skip them, you have to LOOK at them and looking at stuff you do't like pretty much defeats the purpose of visiting a porn site in the first place. MANY other sites separate out the straight material (in both photos and video) from the more fetish-like. Some even break them out into channels or separate micro-sites. There's no reason why they can't do that here, too. None, other than it would be slightly more difficult for the webmaster (even though he would have more sets to publish)
I like ALS and I enjoy the girls, but they've been using the embroidery hoop for DECADES now. It isn't sexy or erotic and I'm really sick of it. By breaking up the 200+ photo sets or the 25 minute videos, they could cater to their audience much more directly.

That's funny, I always thought the more attractive models always ended up at ALS Angels, at least that's how it was in the beginning. I would read about a popular model's photoshoot in the blog at ALSScan, then I would find out that the shoot was only over on Angels. I even commented about it on one of my early reviews. I suppose this is only a little worse than, say, Met Art listing additional sets of the model you are looking at along the bottom of a page even though many of the sets are on a different site.
In any case, Scan used to be the really young, really skinny, small breasted girl site and Angels was the site where the young, C-cup or better girls and pros went. I think it is still that way to some extent. I do not think there is a D cup anywhere on Alsscan. The delineation is STRICTLY a way to break one site up into two to generate more revenue as the type of material is identical.
Yes, the Caribbean trips were nice. But the industry has changed a lot and I'm guessing good models are much less common and much more expensive these days. I don't know what the contracts looked like back then, but the days of "Hey, I'll fly you to the Caribbean for a week along with 10 other bi/lesbian girls and all you have to do is a couple of photo shoots" is long gone. Now it's probably 10k a week per model regardless of where. Oh well.

AlsScan is affiliated with Met-Art. AlsAngels is not. I think it is pretty clear that the guy who runs these sites has always separated out the models by body type and put the curvier ones on AlsAngels. I wrote reviews years ago mentioning this. I hope he is doing really well with the Met Art arrangement, but for whatever reason, he is keeping ALSAngels for himself so the resources they provided to make the ALSScan site more functional are not available here. I think it is also clear that he has some specific tastes that apparently a large number of people share that are pretty much unique to these two sites.
But, like you, I am completely turned off by some of the bizarre, more clinical things on this site and would be much happier if the huge 200+ image photo sets were broken out into, perhaps, stripping and spreading, maybe masturbation, and whatever else is going on in them. By breaking out the sets, the site could draw people who are just looking for straight nude or sex stuff without forcing them to look at the more extreme items that are present in every single set. Ultimately, I think that compartmentalizing the sets would draw and keep more subscribers. It would also provide an opportunity to break up what is now one huge release into two. Webmaster, I hope you are reading this!

HI Pinkpanther. Thanks for the comments. I must admit I keep coming back to the site, so there is a certain appeal there, probably because of the great interaction between the girls and the crew or just between the girls. But I pass on a lot of the videos and also cull about 50% of the images in the zip-file sets because they are not to my taste or are a little too clinical. The site is very popular, so I'm sure SOMEBODY likes the embroidery hoop things. :-)

Hi Eric, Thank you for your timely and eloquent response. I can appreciate that the older photo sets have been remastered and additional images have been included. And I now see that the remastered sets are labeled and appear every 12-14 posts. So I was mistaken about the frequency of reposts, but I can tell you this with some certainty. It FEELS like there is more older stuff here that is being re-used and there are probably a couple of pretty good reasons for it.
First, with the exception of the vacation shoots, all of the material has maintained an absolutely identical look and feel for a long, long time. Some subscribers may love this, but I find it a little frustrating to see current photo sets that look exactly like 5-10 year old sets in terms of image quality, set-style, direction and content. Most sites are diverse enough that you can tell different sets have been shot on different days in different locations. Here? Not so much. Second, although, some sets of certain models may have never been published before, they may look like older shoots when the models involved were younger. That can be pretty confusing.
Now, to be fair, I see Kimmy Granger, Blake Eden, Alex Grey and Gina Gerson on the site and they are clearly contemporary models/porn stars, but the lack of make-up on Gina, for example, makes her look years younger than she does on other sites. She's been on your site since 2012. Are the most recent sets from 2017 or from 2012? Can't tell. This gives me the impression that these, too, are older shoots.
A simple solution to this might be to include a "first published" date on the remastered sets or perhaps a "shoot" date.
I will be sure to go back through the site and look at the sets with an open mind regarding the feeling that sets are somehow older. I'll also compare the remastered sets with the ones I got from prior memberships. My collection goes back to about 2004.
As I said in my review, Alsscan is a very good site. I will update it later this month to reflect your points.

Nice review! Thanks! Sounds like the place hasn't changed much from when I reviewed it 4 years ago. Too bad as this used-to-be (like...a decade ago) one of my favorite sites. But it sold and the group that has been running it doesn't understand that it is easier to keep a customer by treating him/her well than it is to get new ones. Oh well.
Oh, if you like oil scenes, there are some prettty good ones over in the Fantasy-HD network on a site called lubed.com. Most sets are POV also.
