I unchecked the cross-sale box for the trial offer on the join page. But I got two confirming emails: Email #1: I signed up to PornPros. Email #2: I signed up for a $1 trial to bang.com. I called Epoch on the phone. I could not use the Epoch chat, because the Epoch chat had the notice: ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key Anyway, I was lucky I was using Epoch, and not SegPay. Epoch is a trusted name, that gives excellent service. The Epoch agent was able to cancel my $1 trial subscription, and told me I would get a refund for the $1 in a few days. $1 is not much. But I was lucky, because Epoch sent me two separate emails: 1 to tell me about the PornPros sub. 1 to tell me about the trial sub. If I didn't get the trial sub email, I would not have realized I was signed up for the trial, because I definitely unchecked the trial sub box. So thanks to Epoch for the excellent service. $1 for the trial is little money. But the trial would change to $40/month sub in 2 days. To a site I did not want anyway. For many files only 3 formats are offered: MPG 1080, WMV 1080, and MP4 480. I think it's a little odd that their go-to formats are wmv and mpg, especially if you are used to high quality mp4 files. The worst part is that you don't even get full hd videos when you choose the 1080 MPG option. Files added before December 2013 only seem to have a resolution of 1280x720. I did but no one ever replied me. So I contacted Vendo Services again. They told me that there's nothing wrong with my account (again!) and gave me a different email to write to. I opened a support ticket using the second email address I was given and still got no answer (and yes, I checked my junk email folder). It appears that the only solution I have to my problem now is to cancel my account and ask for a refund... This is not a very good way to keep your loyal customers happy.
