Their contents are okay, download speed is acceptable, and I've just downloaded 3 videos, so I haven't encounter any download limitation.
As to the billing, it's just terrible. At first I signed up for a 1 day trial for a dollar, and it was pretty shitty. NO videos available for trial membership, not even low quality ones (e.g. 240p). Also, as mentioned by others, there's a pre-check thing at the corner of the paying webpage, I didn't notice it before clicking confirm. Eventually cost me 3 dollars for just viewing the photos.
What's worse is that the trial account would be automatically upgraded to a full month membership if you did not cancel the subscription. This shit is literally written in the contract (or service agreement), so I can't really complain about it. Anyway, all 3 trial accounts were automatically upgraded, and they charged me for like 100 dollars.
Since the contract is in fact not very long, I suggest anyone interested to read that and their privacy policy (also short) throughly before singing up.
Signed up and got a confirmation for the site and also got a confirmation for two other sites that I didn't sign up for. Contacted support and they claim I signed up for three sites and they won't do anything about. Must have been some sort of hidden pre-check because I read the sign up page carefully to guard against this kind of deception. Great, so I bought one site and get triple billed for two others I don't want and didn't knowingly buy.
There is now a download limit of 20GB a day. The best quality videos are generally over a GB and some as much as three. At that rate it would take more than a monthly subscription to download them all. Further, there are numerous broken links that cause failures to get the entire video. I have complained that some days I get as few as three or four videos. Customer service has told me that there is nothing they can do to correct this. BEWARE!!

This site a scam so be warned. I chose to join seeing the original and quantity of content and found out how much trouble it gave me just to log on. even as i reset my password i had the same problem. and dont bother with live chat help bacause all they kept saying is that its working fine. join at your own risk but be prepared for this bull.
Like below, after an hour it all stopped working. I sent them a request for a refund but I'm doubtful. How did other people go in situations like this?

I joined Facial Abuse recently and I'm working my way through the material It is a LOT more extreme than I expected it to be. I like BDSM stuff, but this is too extreme for me. Objectively the site is great – lots of material, relatively easy to navigate, good download speeds – but subjectively, this site is probably only for a select group. Be warned - some of this stuff makes Max Hardcore look like a Girl Scout.
I haven't experienced any of the technical issues that people reported here. My log-in works all the time, and I find that download speeds are consistently around 1.3MB/sec. I haven't had to contact customer service for anything yet so I can't comment on that.
Last week I joined this site through the discount link on thebestporn.com. I have been charged the 19.95 and still have not been able to log in. None of my messages to customer support have been answered and when I try looking up my account I get an error. Yet somehow they managed to get the charging my credit card part right. I am still waiting for a response and hoping that they do not continue charging me after this billing cycle. I will post any changes that occur in regards to this problem.
This evening I checked my credit card statement and it appears that the charge has been removed per my request and hopefully this was just a misunderstanding or glitch. Have not heard from website so unsure of their side of things. Sorry we couldn't do business together but no harm no foul I suppose.
I just joined this site, for the third time I believe, and I am pleased to find they are updating more than they used to. They are now updating once a week and seems to be very consistent.
They also have many different download options, even 1080 and 720 both, not just one like many HD sites. Lots of flexibility (read: they seem to look out for members).
Lastly, some have noted download speeds being slow but I can tell you that they output at least 15 MBit, my connection speed. Using a single connection to a single file I get about 10 MBit from them.
Of course there has to be down side. They cut back on the number of sites included in the membership, Facial Abuse and Latina Abuse was cut out. Shameful!!!

the download speed is ridiculous; i have a speed internet connexion and i use several accelerator but the download work only with difficulty 100kb/s, it's a shame and WARNING YOU COULD NOT DOWNLOAD TWO FILES ON A SAME TIME THEN A MESSAGE ERROR APPEAR. i am a old subscribter and All that is new and too very bad. Before, the download speed was normal and rather high.
