Here's a case of regional pricing in reverse. From the price you quote for a download speed of 7 mbps, it seems England (and the rest of Europe?) has lower prices for ISPs than the United States. At least what is available to me in southern California.

With my last upgrade, I can now download at 1.3 MB/sec. That is much faster than what I previously had. Although I realize that many PU members apparently have connections that make my speed seem slow. :)

I used to try to see if there was any significance between age and users' input. But I couldn't really find that much significance. People are individuals, and I think that matters more than each different age group all thinking alike.
