We do understand your frustration when you get to have more charges than you were planning to have. But it can be easily avoided if you would only be more careful of what you choose to purchase on your payment page. If you make sure there are no other pre-chosen memberships, you will not be charged anything extra. In addition, we always notify you of what you will be charged prior to the charge. On your payment page where you finalize your transaction for the germangoogirls.com that you wanted, you have the option to de select the extra membership.There is also a notification of the total amount you will be charge before you finalize your transaction. Dear Member,
I would like to clarify a few points that you have made in your review. There is no money that is taken immediately from your account. When you set up a free trial the full membership amount is put on hold in your account. This means your financial provider freezes this money but it is NOT removed is it held in your account until the end of the trial period. If you have not cancelled within the free trial period that is when your trial account converts to a full membership and the membership fee is removed. A few members also make the mistake of clicking on locked videos that are available for full members only and by doing this they get charged the full membership fee/or are signed up to secondary account but only AFTER they confirm it. If you would like to directly email support@germangoogirls.com with your account details/email we would be happy to further investigate your case and settle any dispute.

We are very sorry for the situation that you had to go through. However, our goal is not to frustrate you or make you want to cancel your card account. After your initial cancel request we might have made you couple of offers of our better packages since we valued you as a customer and wanted you to know of our best deals. That's the general practice of any company that cares about retention and loyalty of its customers.
The majority of our customers appreciate being offered a better package deal.
Please provide us your details and we will check our logs to find out why you didn't receive a cancellation confirmation.

Check boxes with a extra membership is very common and absolutely no scam, they are fully visable and you can just uncheck It.

Yes the billing company is separate from the GGG site. Every email that comes to me I personally forward to the people in charge of customer support and cancellation. The support@eurorevenue.com email goes to the customer support of germangoogirls.com whch in turn is in contact with centrobill. But you should also be able to make a cancelrequest via the form on our members area.
