Our arrangement with Stunning18 is indeed one of management. The photographer owns the site and is responsible for supplying us with content for updates. We handle all other aspects of operation. This is also true of ALSScan, EternalDesire, and RylskyArt.

I am sorry that you did not find content to enjoy on SexArt. I did want to address some of the things that you mentioned.
To date, we have 1,294 galleries published on the site, and 921 films. Of those 921 films, 32, or 3.47% are Staff Selection films. Staff Selection films are available for purchase by those who chose to collect them. The update schedule for regular films is not impacted by the inclusion of these films on the site.
I am also sorry that your experience has turned you away from MetArt. In regards to it being devoid of content, MetArt currently has 1,534 films and 18,778 galleries. Those feature over 3,500 models.
While we do have multiple stand-alone subscription sites, we also have MetArtNetwork.com, which gives access to 9 sites.
Finally, if you wrote directly to our Customer Care team about the unwanted subscription, you should have received a response within 24 hours. If you made a comment on a cancellation request, we should have responded to that within three days, weekends excluded. If you have not yet received a response from us, please reach out to me directly, and I will be glad to personally take care of the matter. selena@metart.com

Hi,
I wanted to clarify about the content on LoveHairy. lk2fireone is correct; at this time, LoveHairy does not have exclusive content, and we don't try to hide that fact. :)
It is a collection site, meaning that all hairy content we have on other sites is curated and published on this site.
LoveHairy updates when we publish applicable content on our other sites. There is no set update schedule as you will find on MetArt, for example, and that is reflected with a substantially lower price point.
If there are are any questions, either from customers, potential customers, or TheBestPorn staff, I would be glad to answer them.

I'm so sorry to hear that you had problems when subscribing to MetArt. It seems that there are a few different issues going on, and I'll do my best to clarify them. Since I don't know which account is yours, I will be answering in broad terms. If you'd like me to look into the specifics, I would need you to contact me directly.
Most of our join pages do have very visible pre-checked offers. You've mentioned that you were sent two attachments by our Customer Care team. Based on what I am gleaning about the situation, I feel safe in saying that the intent was not to attempt to prove that the purchase was made, but rather to illustrate with general all-purpose attachments as where to you that you can find the pre-checks to uncheck them in the future. They were not intended to be a representation of what may have actually appeared on your screen. Our team would have no way of knowing which link you clicked through or what join page that you landed on, unless they were provided with the exact link used.
From your post here, it seems that the SexArt charges were voided. If that isn't accurate, please do reach out to me. I can be reached by combining my name with metart.com in email address format.
My apologies for any confusion. :) I hope that you enjoy your time at MetArt!

I agree, we usually don't have problems. But we've been experiencing the exception rather than the norm over the last 2 days. :) This impacted all sites and all users.
I do apologize that we've not been able to maintain our usual high standards and for the frustration that I am sure that it caused for all our members.
If you ever have any questions as to whether the site is experiencing issues or not...or any other questions...our Customer Care team is your best recourse. You can reach them at support@metart.com . Also, if you'd care to reach out to them, they'll be glad to offer some time compensation to make up for the issue.

Thanks for the comment and being a fan of many classic ALS shoots. ALS constantly strives to balance the high quality models and content we produce with the ever-changing and eclectic tastes of our members. We have a female assistant at nearly every shoot like fan favorites Gina Gerson and Lola that other models love to play with, and fisting has always been and always will be a staple at ALS. We shoot as much fisting as each of our new models are willing and able to do. A few of the most recent include Kymberly Brix, Dolly Little, Alex Grey, today's new model release of Uma Jolie or the new shoot we had this week and can't wait to release featuring Freya Von Doom, whom we hope to bring back as our female assistant for lots more girl girl fisting in the future! We promise to keep on shooting great new fisting scenes every chance we get, along with all the other crazy toys and hottest models ALS is known and loved by members for. As always, I enjoyed reading your reviews of one of our sites. It's always refreshing to hear the things we are doing right, as well as get member perspective about what we need to improve on.
I wanted to touch on a few things that you mentioned.
In regards to navigation, there are essentially two versions of the site. When we re-designed the default version of the site, we did include a link to the Legacy layout in the footer. I don't have information as to how you are accessing the site, but if you are using a bookmark, try going directly to the site by typing Domai.com in your browser, You'll see that the new layout is more in line with what you are accustomed to at MetArt, etc.
Be aware that if you are already using that version, and make the switch to the old one via Legacy links that you will need to login a second time. That is an unavoidable consequence of having the option to continue to use the classic version. I do apologize for any inconvenience that causes.
If you are already using the new version exclusively, and are having the login issues that you described, it shouldn't be happening, and our Customer Care team would be glad to help you with this.

Hi,
We always enjoy customer feedback, so we appreciate that you've shared your experience with others.
If I have correctly understood what you have described, I did want to mention that the number of thumbnails issue may be able to be resolved by changing your account settings.
By clicking the Options icon (gear) at the top of your screen, the My Settings pane should open. Within that, you can set the number of thumbnails from 20 - 1000. I have my own set to 1000. Click the Set Options button.
That changes the view in this manner:
When viewing a gallery, all the thumbnails appear on a single page, with no page-to-page clicking necessary.
It is not the default setting, as we have a global customer base, and it is not ideal for people who are on slower connections.
Hopefully that helps improve your viewing experience. If you have questions about any of the site features, our Customer Care team is always glad to help.

Hi,
Hopefully one of our members will jump in with some feedback, but in the meantime, I'll be glad to address your questions. :)
The trials are legitimate. They are full access trials, with the same benefits as regular membership.
Depending on the payment processor, you may be able to self cancel. If not, we have Support coverage 7 days a week, and we strive for timely responses.
There are a couple of other things you should know about our current trial system. First, though it does vary depending on which platform your membership processed through, your safest bet is to view it as a 24 hour trial as opposed to calendar days.
The other item I wanted to be clear on is that we do pre-authorize your card upon join. So if the terms of your trial are 1 day free, rebilling at $29.99, then when you sign up, your card is pre-authorized for that amount. If cancelled within the trial period, the hold on the funds is released. If you like the site, and want to continue (we hope that you will!)...then the pre-authorized amount will fully charge at the end of the trial period.

Hi,
I wanted to thank you for making us aware of your concerns. We strive to give exceptional customer service in all areas, and the security and safety of our customers is of utmost importance to us.
If you would like to mail our support team, we'd be glad to look into this further for you, and have our technical team work with you if necessary.
What we've found is that adult sites are often targeted URLs for ransomware. The end user is silently infected at another site. Then when the target URL is visited, the trigger is pulled and the ransom aspect of the trojan is activated.
When customers do encounter this on our site, or any site, we encourage them to disable java,(and leave it disabled if possible) and run the free version of Malwarebytes.

Sometimes, if a model asks for her sets to be removed, the site will agree. Even though in many cases the site owns the rights to the photosets. I believe they do it out of respect for the model's wishes.
Though it does vary from situation to situation, that is the most frequent reason that content is removed. We try avoid it, yet at times, it is the right thing to do. :)
